Very bad apartments
October 19, 2021Community isn’t gated. Next to the bus stops so very sketchy people walk around. My truck almost got stolen and I’ve seen people sleeping in the laundry room on multiple occasions. Maintenance is incompetent and there’s ROACHESReseña de Apartments.com
Maintenance
August 30, 2018I moved in June 1st my ac hasn’t worked since. I have done many work orders it’s clear my AC doesn’t work and needs to be replaced. Every maintenance come out they do easy fixs. April 26, 2018This apartment complex is RIDDLED with roaches. It’s too far gone for pest control to help. One, they don’t even come when you request them all the time, even though you pay monthly. Front office is EXTREMELY rude and so unhelpful ! Parking is horrible. My boyfriends car got hit while parked and he had to pay $1300 to fix, there are no cameras so...no help there. And again, who wants to live with roaches?! Especially if you’re a germaphobe like myself. Don’t live here. Don’t do. Also, it’s not ...safe. Not Safe due to incompetence of Management
April 5, 2018I’ve had nothing but problems with this apartment complex. They charge a monthly pest control fee and don’t provide consistent pest control. Apartments run rampant with cockroaches. Water damage is evident. The door doesn’t fit in the frame. Despite numerous complaints and reports to the office, nothing was ever fixed correctly. Management is inept and incapable of meeting the terms of the lease. I had a long term problem with my upstairs neighbors. Several other tenants complained about them. ...The police were called about noise complaints at least 5 times to my knowledge. Despite this, the office did nothing to stop the problem or evict the tenants. I moved out when a heated argument upstairs turned into a startling incident of domestic violence at 1:30 a.m. A woman punched through the upstairs window in the heat of the moment. Blood covered my patio, my door, my window, and the wall outside my apartment. I reported the incident to the office. They didn’t clean up the blood off of my porch for three days after the incident. Then, when I told them I was moving out, they threatened to charge me extra fees. Violence is rampant. Drugs and alcohol are always present. In the year I lived there I saw the police there at least a dozen times. 2 or those times I had to call and file reports. My fiancé was cat called and verbally harassed on multiple occasions by other tenants. Despite my calls to the police and my complaints to the office, nothing was ever done. September 12, 2017They raised prices drastically. & very recently. Don't move here. They have kids doing maintenance without having any knowledge on how to get the work done. The front office is lazy & doesn't do anything. MOVE ALONG & do NOT CONSIDER THIS PLACE YOUR NEXT HOME.dont let the front office convince you to sign. This place is a dump!!Property Manager Responded

Price Fluctuation! Over PRICED
September 12, 2017Poor service, never open when they are supposed to be. Don't accept money orders or checks. Don't care about fixing problems in your apartment. & they are only allowing GRANDE COMMUNCIATIONS. So forget any other provider you have or had. Take your hard earned money somewhere they will take care of you. Because they don't care about you here. & if you do move here don't expect anything fancy or nice. Just expect cockroaches & a broken apartment. I hope you listen to the people that have taken ...their time to leave a review. Bc this place sucks. Not worth it
September 11, 2015I have been a resident at Parliament Bend for four years. I loved the property while it was managed by RIM, but when ValCap took over in August of last year things went downhill. The property itself isn't maintained how it should be, and the pool seems to stay a nice shade of green. People move in and out all the time. I've personally had a complete change in neighbors at least twice in the last year. Parliament Bend Apartments
August 10, 2015I moved into these apartments about a year ago and I would honestly not recommend these apartments to anyone. If so, then only for a short term lease, if that's even offered. I'll start off by saying that the staff in the leasing office are constantly changing, I've had about 4 different managers within a year. The staff in itself whether maintenance or leasing staff have a bad habit with answering your calls, putting you on hold and then asking to call you back (which they rarely ever do). I ...went without an A/C in Texas heat for about a week and a half before having it resolved. As for the apartments, they are older models made in 1981 which in return the walls are very thin (you can here conversations going on outside, someone coughing below you, your neighbors patio door opening/closing, etc.). Not only that but they have someone mowing the grass every week at 7 in the morning and the trashmen come empty the dumpsters at 4am which makes it hard to sleep for someone who does shift work to sleep at ease. There are no covered parking spaces or garages available which leads to car damage caused by weather and my car was broken into on Christmas Eve last year. They do have a laundry facility for you to use since they do not have washer/dryer connections but you must pay to use them. I could go on and on about the negatives of this place, but it would turn into a book. On a positive note, they do have renovations being done to make the apartments look nicer on the outside and they do allow online payments as a convenience for you. Overall, this isn't bad place to live if you don't mind noise at all hours of the night and not being called back after being put on hold for a half hour.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
