Please don’t move here
November 27, 2023I moved here November 16th. This apartment was NOT ready for move in! The front door did not lock, took them 4 days to give me a valet trash, horrible paint job, fridge did not work, then it’s infested ! Roaches everywhere!! Even the fridge full of roaches ! They had the audacity to ask me to move out so they can repaint !!! So I had to get a hotel for FOUR DAYS! Please don’t move here I am currently trying to get out of my lease and file a civil suit !Reseña de Apartments.com

Management Very good!
July 7, 2020When we first moved in I had some difficulty, but as time went on the office is very responsive and attentive. We had a 7 month lease and I was very pleased. The property is well maintained and clean. I would highly recommend this apartment complex. Luckily we had a unit with a garage which also made me feel safe and secure with the two entries into the apartment either through stairwell outside or through the garage. For the most part it’s quiet too considering it’s full capacity. The only issue ...we experienced was people with their dogs letting them use the bathroom anywhere instead of using the doggy park. One particular neighbor allowed he dog to poop and did t clean it up. I complained about it, but she kept doing it. I finally gave up. I think management could do a better job enforcing certain rules pertaining to dogs and cleanliness in public walking areas. Other than that no complaints. The pool is the best part. I would not recommend this apartment complex
February 25, 2018I have been a resident for about 5 months, since I moved in i had management, maintenance, and safety problems. The property is not well taken care of. When I first moved in the apartment was filthy, dusty, dirty tub, the ceiling fans were painted over the dust, the blinds were old and broken, toylet seat cover was dirty with Yellow stains on it and ice maker was making ice with black spots on it. Towing Car
February 23, 2018Last time my car got town. On the day, I got the flight ticket and I have my friend to pick me up around 3:30 am. I came to the apartment around 12 am and there is no parking spot I could park even I took around three tours around the apartment complex but no chance I could not find any spot and I parked my car in front of the apartment complex side by fire line. My car got town around 3:10 and my car was registered on the system. I discuss with the leasing office and they were giving me one ...silly solution, you should have a private parking lot or parked somewhere else. There was no close place I can park on the day and I got another silly response you should have the pictures on that day while I was in rush hour. Great Community!
September 12, 2017I have been a resident here for several years now and I will not be moving any time soon. Never had an issue that the office staff could not fix. They go above and beyond to ensure their residents are taken care of. Aubree, the property manager, has been amazing! The maintenance team are always there to fix any last minute emergencies. I was out of town one weekend, and the office staff was able to give my cat water while I was away. This is the best place to be in Stafford, hands down. No service
August 10, 2017Sorry to say but they have terrible service. You have to call the office several times to get one complaint taken care of. And if you go on month to month basis, just keep in mind they won't be coming to take care of any complains. We went three months without our filter being changed. There is no parking in the evening. You literally have to go around for 15 mins every time to find a parking spot. There is no garbage disposals nearby except only one at the way end of the apt. So they charge for ...valet trash but then the whole hallway near your apartment stinks before the trash can be picked up. I had guests one day come over and the smell from my neighbors trash was horrible. I cannot blame my neighbor coz earlier it was never like that when they had big trash boxes nearby until the management thought they would remove all which makes everyone keep their trash in the valet vox outside their apartment. Good enough for now
November 12, 2015I've been living here for 3 weeks now. All I can say is it'll do. The management office staff are friendly and helpful. The pool area has 2-3 BBQ grills which I will probably use soon...yes during Houston's bitter winter! The little fitness room is good enough. And the area is peaceful and quiet all day and night. As so many others have noted, the parking is horrendous. If you arrive after 9:30pm or so, you may not be able to park near your apartment. This is by design, of course, to increase the ...likelihood of folks renting a covered spot or garage. It is indeed annoying to have to walk all the way from the other side of the complex, when that ends up being the case, but it's part of the deal here. Happy so far
October 11, 2015I'v been here 5 months, and so far my biggest complaint is lack of parking at night. If I get home after 9 or 10 i have to circle the complex for a spot. Life in the Fountains
July 20, 2015The apartment is quaint and basic! Lovely for someone who is living on their own for the first time or has a more modest income. Amenities are standard, not spectacular and the parking situation can be terrible for guests! Renting a garage is definitely in your best interest. The location of the complex is great! Really close to most of the major highways and has a lot of great dining and entertainment that's literally walking distance.Property Manager Responded
