Horrible
January 9, 2019The landlords (husband and wife team) at these apartments are very dishonest. He would never fix anything in a reasonable time but after moveout you are hit with a bill claiming that you owe for painting, supplies, cleaning, carpet cleaning, and anything else he wants to add on. However, you are not notified of any of this at the time of move out so that you can actually fix whatever it is that they are are claiming. They only want your money. Plus, when we moved in here there was what looked ...lime black mold in the bathroom and he said he would fix it but after moving in we realized that he only painted on top of it! All they want is money
November 7, 2017Don't move here! Landlord takes forever to fix anything and at end charge you for replacing things that didn't even break and for regular turnover of place like paint, supplies, patching holes, and cleaning carpet. Which for turnover should not be charged according to Oregon Tenant code. Highway robbery here! Oh and they do threaten you if you don't pay they will ruin your rental history...Sucks!Reseña de Apartments.com
