April 30, 2024A nice place to live. Except the parking lot management opens to the public during the day making it almost impossible to find a parking space if you leave for an errand and return. Caregivers and visitors take the way to few spots we have. Our parking lot should be closed to all but residents all the time and tow companies should enforce it. April 30, 2024I have lived in my apartment in the senior building, The Commons, for nearly 20 years. Since Security Properties Residential bought The Commons it has been much improved. The managers are very nice, the grounds and the recycling/trash room are kept neat, maintenance requests for my apartment are quickly taken care of. I had an accident in my home and paramedics had to be called, How I was helped prior to the EMT arriving by the staff was terrific. I get teary-eyed just thinking about it.
