Toured the property and I new this was home!
September 6, 2019Country club meadows is amazing overall!!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance issues? No problem they get on it right away! The amenities are great! pool, gym, basketball court even a dog park! And the clubhouse has so much room for parties they have a pool table, big screen, computers. And everything is in great shape, and well decorated. This place really is beautiful! I give it five stars.Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2019I have lived at Country Club Meadows for a little over 2 years now with my children. When I decided to move to Flagstaff I did extensive research on places to live and went to several complexes in my search. As soon as I stepped into the office at Country Club Meadows I knew that I found my home. This opinion has only grown stronger over the years. The office staff and property manager are absolutely phenomenal. They are friendly and extremely helpful. The maintenance staff is constantly ensuring ...that things are in working order. The grounds are always looking spiffy and well kept. The location is perfect and it is a great environment for my family. I would definitely recommend Country Club Meadows to friends, family, and anybody looking for a place to call home!Property Manager Responded

September 4, 2019Country Club Meadows is an amazing complex to live in, super fast maintenance, wonderful amenities, and the friendliest office staff! I absolutely love not having to worry about upstairs or downstairs neighbors. The property is wonderfully landscaped and maintained. Their staff puts on fun events (games, food, and fun!) at least once a month, and it really helps break down the anonymity of apartment living.Property Manager Responded

Country Club Meadows is amazing
September 4, 2019I have lived here with my boyfriend for 2+ years and we absolutely love it. We have never had a pressing issue aside from simply things like needing the kitchen lightbulb fixed etc. Even these maintenance requests were handled very quickly and professionally. I have never waited longer than a day to get these dealt with. Management is amazing and the CARES team always put together little dinner/lunch gatherings sometimes with games and much more. This really feels like a community where every ...neighbor is genuinely friendly with each other. The grounds are far more open and more relaxing than the industrial tall apartment buildings in the hub of downtown. It is only 10-15 minutes away from everything which is not a far drive for me. I actually enjoy the drive by the mountains on my way to the college. All in all I know I will never find another apartment complex that feels as much as home again.Property Manager Responded

Nice apartment complex...
September 24, 2015and friendly staff, but the apartments have older appliances, some of which are nearly worn out, and there isn't a microwave provided. And, there are other things which could be improved, including doors which are warped and don't close properly. The rent is about a thousand dollars a month and up.Reseña de Apartments.com

August 12, 2015Country club meadows is a beautiful landscaped apartment complex on the eastside of Flagstaff Arizona. it is a 5 min walk from the Coconino forest and trails. I am a long term tennant.The maintenence team is quick to fix any manitenence issues, however I have an issue with the plastic tile in the kitchen, its very old and has stains, after six months of complaining and getting the run around to fix this issue i was notified by Mary,( The Manager) that she would look into it and see how long ago ...the tile was installed for replacement, following up today on this with Mary today, she did not look into how long ago it was installed, she was not interested in looking into it, In my opinion,I get the impression that the staff in the office, mainly Mary is, more interested in protecting her job and not speaking out for the tenants.I have heard of two other long term tenants complain about getting older appliances replaced, other than that, if your looking for a short term place to stay for school and dont mind thes issues i would suggest considering country club meadows. I myself will continue to bare with this issue becuase of its location unless the owners get angry about my review and find a way to get rid of me, ive been a good tennant with no complaints againts me, other than my cigarrete smoking that gets circulated through the vents system to my neighbors becuase of what Mary is quoted as saying "Poorly constructed apartments" --Dissatifed frustrated customer?Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
