      I can absolutely not stand this place anymore. I moved in Late 2024 and WITHIN THE FIRST 30 DAYS the ceiling in our living room comlpletely caved in. it absolutely ruined our couch, our rug, TV, soundbar, and other furniture. Fiberglass dust and squirrel poop got everywhere. (squirrels have free access to the attic space btw) when we first moved in the ceiling was already bowing in and we told (them) that it would be a problem. all she had to say was that "it doesn't leak" and when it finally ...
      caved in and we told her (they) couldn't care less. it took them 4 days just to clean up. but the fiberglass dust was still everywhere. its been months and after ruining 2 vaccuum cleaners there is STILL fiberglass dust everywhere. I work in house renovation and am exposed to fiberglass dust at work constantly, and i cant even get away from it when i come home now. my cat has respiratory issues and i had to have him rehomed for months. we put in multiple service requests for it and they just dismiss all of them. that's just the first month mind you, its been 5 months and these are all the problems weve had so far: -Ceiling caved in -Roach infestation -squirrel infestation in the attic -toilet barely flushes our hot water was out for 3 weeks and 2 of our service requests for it were dismissed -stairway lights don't work so stairs are pitch black at night -road doesn't get plowed -insulation in our ceiling was never replaced -front door has very bad threshold and lets out air and lets in car fumes and cigarette smoke -air returns are commonly shared so you can smell your downstairs neighbors smoke weed and cigarettes - I have tested 3 spots in the home for lead paint and all tested positive (lease says its not) -They will tow your car for ANY reason with no notice (mine was towed even though i gave them my car info as a part of application) -trash piles everywhere - multiple windows don't open right - the 2 bedroom apartment rooms are very disproportionate (do not move here if your looking to split rent 50/50 with someone, they will essentially live in a broom closet) -Laundry machines in every basement here are super sketch, dirty and/or broken - quality of Water heaters vary immensely from unit to unit. and most spill carbon monoxide -furnace air filters are often exposed to water in the utility basement and can spread mold (Lease states there is no mold issues) - smoke detectors do not work -homeless camp in the woods right behind the complex

    • Horrible apartments, Health risk. Heat stroke, management does not fix problems.

      air conditioning has gone out 3 times, heat index 110 degrees almost had heat stroke. management is unresponsive to problems, multiple calls and emails. leak in bathroom is causing mold on floor and is a health hazard. horrible place Do Not Rent here.

    • Too expensive for the quality

      These apartments have the potential to be nice but they’re not. Maintenance is terrible-I typically have to fight for months to get anything fixed (I’m talking mold, broken windows, cracks/holes in the walls, heating, etc.). They force you into paying extra for parking (there’s not enough free spaces to give you a choice in it) but I previously lived in apartments that included one space with the apartment for the same price range as these. Trash is always overflowing and blowing around the ...
      whole area, which is disgusting and bad for the environment. And no washer/dryer hookups makes laundry expensive on top of everything else. Otherwise, it’s a quiet, safe feeling, if rundown, place to live. It really could be nice but it’s too expensive for what you’re getting and they don’t put the effort in to make it that way or to make it feel like a welcoming neighborly environment

    • Overflowing heaps of trash. Green pool water. Police activity.

      Management is terribly unprofessional. Constant issues in the apartment, as far as mold, holes in the ceiling, water leaks, and problems with the heating. Management doesn't pay for trash to be picked up (so what I'm I being charged for?) and this results in overflowing heaps of trash and litter being blown all around the property. Never mind the fact that the pool has been under maintenance for years ongoing and the neighbors are drug dealers. IF you have a family, go elsewhere and save yourself ...

    • Rent somewhere else

      I lived here for almost 2 years on a bottom floor unit, and my entire bedroom floor flooded 3 times in 3 months. Several of the units had the same problem and each time, management simply hired a company to come change the carpet pad. Only about half of mine got changed each time, and the carpet on top was disgusting and unclean by the third time. The carpet company they used left my door unlocked and wide open for 8 hours, yet were hired again for the next two times. The foundation was cracking, ...
      which is why it continued to flood, but nothing was being done to address this issue. Maintenance for the most part did nothing, took a long time to respond to a call, and were no one I would trust to be in my home without me there. There was mold and moisture collecting in the ceiling above my shower. They 'fixed' the floor in the unit above me, but left the water trapped and mold continuing to grow on my ceiling. Neighbors drop cigarettes and trash in the grass and bottom unit patios. Children are allowed to peek into bottom unit windows, so I always had to leave my blinds completely closed. Outdoor light bulbs were often out, making it eerily dark at night. Although I requested a deadbolt for my door when I moved in (my door only had a lock on the handle, and every other unit had both), I never received one and was told it wasn't a big deal. Needless to say, I moved out due to lack of security and upkeep. You can get a lot more for your money elsewhere in the area!

      I paid everything on time, end of the lease they just robbed your deposit. They robbed mine by saying heavy stain on leaving room carpet. pathological liar. I always had professional cleaner to clean my apartment every bi weekly. I do not care about money, they just don`t have any moral and proved that how low they are. DO NOT RECOMMEND TO A FRIEND.

    • Beautiful apartment with great location, but parking issues

      My bf and I moved in mid January and we love our apartment! The manager at the time cut us a great deal and made the signing process quick, easy and painless. We have a ground floor apartment and it's been great having a laundry room just outside our door! Only a few problems we've encountered.... We're right next to the pool and it's supposed to close at 10pm but there are no cameras or personnel to make sure rules are upheld and during the summer we often have a group of young adults drinking, ...
      smoking and being loud into the early hours. Also the parking spaces aren't regulated or assigned in any way so we have often had to park 2 entire buildings down from our apartment when others have guests over and I'm 8 months pregnant. Lastly management has recently changed and we were never once informed by anyone- an employee of the pest control group that came out one day was the one we found out from. The apartments themselves are spacious and beautiful though! We have a one bedroom and then found out I was pregnant but still have plenty of room in the bedroom for baby! Lots of closet space and a large living room as well which is great for our many combined hobbies in addition to my from home business. It's also great having EVERYTHING close! We're right across from Joann's, a gym, Dollar Tree, JC Penny, Dick's Sporting Goods, Payless Shoe Store, Target, as well as countless restaurants and the mall and Noland road being just up the street! School close by as well! Great place, great prices ?
