be happy NOT to live here
October 29, 2023gnats & mold!!!!!! i’ve lived at multiple apartment complexes and this one was by far the worst, and the highest i’ve paid in rent. do not live here unless you want to be in a constant battle with gnats and mold!! i never have food out and take the trash out every single day. considering the amount i was paying to be constantly dealing with these issues, and the office won’t do anything lol. 0/0 recommend living here, unless you want to have to look over your shoulder when cooking food to watch ...for a gnat.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Friendly Liars
June 7, 2021*First lie: They gave me a lease for a 12 month lease, when I specifically told them (Colby) I wanted a 6 month lease. I signed the lease under the understanding that it was a 6 month lease. The leasing agent (Colby) quickly flipped through the lease telling me where to sign and did NOT go over the lease date. Then, when I asked for a copy of the lease, they didn't give it to me until 2 months after I had moved in, and that's when I saw the error. They said that they couldn't verify (by email) ...that I wanted a 6 month lease. Of course they wouldn't have an email because I talked to Colby over the phone and then in the office. *Second lie: Since they would not change my lease date because of their mistake (surprise! surprise! Colby couldn't remember if I had wanted a 6 month lease! How convenient!), I was forced to terminate my lease early. I was told that I would not have to pay the termination fee (equal to 1 month's rent), if someone moved in after I moved out. They charged me anyway and said that their earlier explanation was incorrect. *Do not move here. They will NOT make corrections to THEIR mistakes and you will end up paying for it. I would SPECIFICALLY ask them a question to make sure that I would know what to expect. They would tell me one thing and then weeks later, either say that they couldn't remember or that they didn't say it.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

Best in Hattiesburg!!
June 21, 2019I love living at Cross Creek! Our 2 bedroom apartment is nice and spacious! We even have Valet trash removal ! and our gym is 24 hours :) who needs a gym membership when you have the convenience of going when you want right at your doorsteps :) the apartment staff is friendly and always available to help pelt answer questions. The best apartment living in town
August 7, 2018I absolutely loved my stay at cross creek village! Sindy and Michelle are the best! They were very professional and handled things appropriately and efficiently. The environment was quiet and very comfortable. The amenities are awesome! I have lived in quite a few apartments in town and cross creek village is by far the best in my opinion. Love it!
June 29, 2018Awesome apartments, Friendly Staff. Moving to Mississippi is a lot to get used to (good god, the heat) but getting into and living in cross creek has been a joy. After scouting apartments in the area for a few days this complex met my needs best. My main criteria was having somewhere close to work where I didn't have to stress about apartment issues like noise, crime and management issues. I couldn't be happier about my apartment unit. The AC works very well and the ceiling fans move a lot of ...air around keeping it very comfortable inside. It definitely meets my expectations of a deluxe apartment with the sleek modern hardware, stone kitchen counters and washer/dryer. Other notes: the free garbage collection outside your door is great. The gates around the community are closed after 5PM but can be accessed with the keycard they provide. The management have been great throughout the move in process. Sindy in particular helped me hugely sort out a lot of my cross-country moving issues.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful Place and SUPER Friendly Staff
April 19, 2018Living here at Cross Creek Village has been a pleasant experience! The staff is nice and helpful every time I call or stop by the office! They always go over and beyond with assisting me with any questions I may have. The maintenance team is very professional and always come within a few hours whenever I call the office. This is the first place I've ever lived that will replace my light bulbs, how nice is that? That's a total win in my book!! The finishes of the apartment are very modern and my ...granite counter top island is my favorite. If you are looking for luxury living this is it! This complex is so conveniently close to the Mall, Target, and numerous restaurants! I couldn't have chosen any better.Property Manager Responded
