Also, that apartment wasn't adequately prepared. I had to clean the apt (there was black mold in the shower), and over the next two weeks, I had painters, a carpet cleaner, and maintenance come in to do the work, all of which is legally required to be done before a person moves in. Also, there was massive damage to the furniture from a past animal, and they refused to replace it. Envisions management also doesn't take you seriously, and if you want something done, you will need a parent to contact them. Also they charge you a good couple hundred of dollars after moving for small damages. They are always trying to scam you for your money. Parking is horrible, and I often have to park off the street. Also, the washer and dryers are always broken, and I've had to go to the laundromat numerous times. Furthermore, that quiz you take to find a good roommate; they don't even use that. They put me with a girl that and is a freshman, a hoarder, and is antisemitic (I am a senior, super clean, and Jewish). It took two weeks to put a roommate mediation in place. All management cares about is taking your money, once they have it, they don't give a crap about you. Also, all the positive comments are most likely fake; they often bribe students to write a good review. Save your money and troubles.
