    My experience here is an absolute blessing . Dawn ,the leasing agent has gone above and beyond for me . I have a disability and she was sensitive to my needs She was so kind and considerate in explaining everything I needed to know about renting here at Fairfield. I was accommodated in so many extraordinary ways. It is so refreshing to be treated with such respect. I do not feel stigmatized in any way .

  • Buyer beware

    They do look nice on the surface, but there are constant rent increases. There are insect issues, and for certain no matter how much in advance you plan to move-out they will charge you an additional month and you will have to fight for your deposit no matter how clean you kept the place or if you had a short-term lease.

  • Lovely Property!

    My friend and I were having a hard time finding apartments near Stony Brook. When we came to look at the Fairfield Village at Coram we were greeted with a bunch of help and information by Dawn. The application process was done very quickly and efficiently making it painless. The property itself is beautiful and well kept. The apartment looks brand-new and had no issues. There is plenty of storage and closet space which is hard to find these days. Overall, I would definitely recommend looking at ...

  • Amazing Apartment

    Moved into a one a bedroom apartment here and it’s been great! Dawn was so helpful in helping us find an apartment that fits our needs and she was flexible with the move in dates. Whole apartment was spotless, new appliances, spacious kitchen and bathroom. Lots of closet space. Great amenities including a pool. Quiet neighborhood. Free and easy to find parking is also a huge plus. Would definitely recommend!

    Was referred to dawn this morning she told me to come right in I viewed the property today as this use to be a brook wood property Fairfield has turned this place around all new roofs all new windows upgraded pool stainless Appliances and much much more.looking forward for the clubhouse to be finished.

    I love this place. It’s nice and beautiful the room are nice sized renovations are amazing all stainless steele appliances marble floors and granite counter tops. Love It!   • I love the property!

    For starters I have to say I love the area. I contacted Fairfield Coram and spoke to Dawn. She was very quick to get back to me and also attentive. My husband and I came to see the apartments the next day. The apartment was lovely, clean, smelled fresh and felt cozy because of the brand new rugs. The customer service was also great, I didn’t have to wait at all. Overall this place gats 5 starts for me.
