Don't even bother
February 28, 2017If you've been on the lookout for the grossest, poorly run apartment complex in River Falls, look no further! This is a poor excuse of a living environment. There is no upkeep of the property; garbage is left all over the parking lot and yard, snow is never plowed out and ice is never salted in the parking lot. Tenants consistently break lease rules about noise violations and no smoking, and when the landlord is contacted about it, he doesn't do a thing.There are puke stains in the hallways and ...on the stairwell that have been there since the fall because the landlord is too lazy to lift a finger in cleaning. ALL of the windows in the building need to be replaced due to huge gaps and mold, as well as the barely functioning air conditioning units. I moved here because it was the last available apartment in my budget on such short notice, and have regretted it from week one.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

September 26, 2016They just remodeled most evey unit within the last year,! and have fresh management. Very nice!! Great value for the money. All utilities included except a very very small electric bill. Free off-street parking laundry.. Local ownership that really cares video monitoring Security system, close to downtown and uwrf. But still Quiet building quiet neighborhood. I don't know what else you'd want, and There reasonable! 5 stars.Reseña de Apartments.com
DO NOT live here
July 27, 2016Probably the grossest apartment and the creepiest, worst landlord ever. He doesn't believe in cleaning or giving security deposits back. First week of living here, the cops had the place surrounded and didn't allow anyone to enter for several hours. The apartment wasn't clean and the bathroom tub had the WORST sealant around the tub... Seriously, avoid this place if at all possible.Reseña de Apartments.com
DON'T DO IT
November 13, 2015Never rent from here. The landlord is an absolute creep. It will take FOREVER to have any work done that is needed. It is either constantly too hot or too cold in the apartment. You can hear everyone doing everything through the next wall and even in the apartment below you - which is really uncomfortable at nighttime if you know what I mean. Sure, the rent is cheap but it is not worth it. The hallways are dirty; the back stairs smell. The basement where the laundry room is is terrifyingly ...creepy. Just don't do it.
