Awful!
November 5, 2022I finally escaped this place after living here for a while. It was the worst place I have ever lived and the worst conditions as well. After reading the other reviews on this site I have to say I totally agree. Everything said is absolutely true. The landlord won't fix anything and the bugs are SO bad. I couldn't even have company over because I was so embarrassed. I am an extreme neat freak and cleanliness is top priority for me so I felt like I was going insane living here. Unfortunately the ...owner knows that most people living here can't really do much better and takes advantage of his tenants. Things broke frequently and these apartments are very outdated and old and need things fixed badly. The approach of fixing anything is putting a band-aid on it and not actually fixing it so it becomes a massive problem. The rent just kept going up but nothing changed at all. I can finally breathe again after getting out of here. Literally, I stayed sick all the time with respiratory issues and I haven't had a single issue since moving to my new home. It's truly disgusting the way this place is ran and the owner should be ashamed for making people live like that! Look elsewhere for your own sanity and health!Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Disgusting!
March 1, 2022These apartments are THE WORST I have ever lived in!! The owner won't do anything in the way of repairs and this place is overrun with roaches! He keeps going up on the rent but won't fix anything the way it needs to be. Everyone living here that I talk to says the same thing. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. Don't rent from someone who couldn't care less about the way he forces people to live. His mentality is that if you don't like it you can leave. I don't understand how he is allowed ...to get away with the crap he has. Roaches cause all kinds of health issues and mold does as well! January 4, 2021Place is terrible! If you enjoy roaches and mold and the smell of columbia farms smell then go ahead! Landlord enjoys going up on the rent every year because of "Location" lol. He's the one that fixes things, but takes for ever and half asses it. It ok for him to live in his mansion off of Pelham rd, but treats his tenants like trash. Just don't make the mistake of living here. There are other apartments that are alot nicer and ones that will actually spray for bugs and not have you fighting for ...a parking space too.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Moldy and Bad Management
February 19, 2020Rented from them for a little over a year, mold in the laundry room and living room. Water came in from the window in the living room and door, flooded under the carpet enough to make tons of mold but they never offered a solution. After having a baby I had to move because of health reasons cause by the mold and all they could say was "oh well" and rented it out to more people in the same condition. Apparently my neighbors have the same issue but the apartment isnt wanting to shell out the money ...to get it fixed.
