October 4, 20212021 ACCURATE REVIEW, -0 STARS. I hate this apartment complex, do not move here at all they will lie to you just to get you to move in. The office lady Donna is very disgusting & they’re customer service is horrible. I lived here 3 years & they keep on telling lies on why the pool is closed. They raised the rent on the horrible & small 1bedroom that i have. If i could give this place 0 stars i would. Matter fact -0 they don’t even care that there’s a pandemic going on Donna is nasty about ...everything. All she says is “I’m just the property manager” DO NOT MOVE HERE. I almost forgot that trashy place that they call the laundry room & barely any of the machines work. They claim pest control is included but it’s not. I have so much more to say but it’s -0000000 stars. I wish i could show you guys the “wood floors” picking up in my 1bedroom.OVERALL A TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVELeer MásReseña de Apartments.com

July 14, 2020Not a bad area at all, very quiet. I had to wait at least 4 months to be able to get internet and the signal in the area is just horrible so that sucked, but I was eventually able to get Xfinity. The washers and dryers are ALWAYS broken to the point I just stopped using them and go to the wash house. Also, rent is too high for the place, instead of raising the price they need to lower it. I’ll admit this was last minute for me and the approval process was very fast and smooth. In the bathroom for ...some reason the tile keeps lifting up on the wall by the shower handle and there was a super big hole which was fixed, but poorly because it looks like it’s all detaching again and will fall again soon. The fridge leaks very bad and it will come and go. Again rent is too high for the living area . Will not be renewing my lease. Overall management is great never had problems with them, good place for a quick move, but if you have time to search maybe keep looking.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
A great place to live, except for a fatal flaw.
December 29, 2019At first viewing I really enjoyed these apartments, they are clean and mostly quiet, the Manger was extremely personable and made my experience easy and fun. Nearby shopping and restaurants, overall a great little area. Sadly after moving in I came to the realization that there is no internet access AT ALL for the vast majority of apartments. In the modern world this is absolutely unacceptable. To make matter worse they actively lie to you to get you to live here, it still says in this very ...listing "High Speed Internet Available". Since I got tricked into living here I have been very patient over the last 4 months as they are "having internet installed by Comcast" yet the workers have finished their work over a month ago and there is still not a single update to be had. Sadly I cannot recommended ANYONE live in this apartment until internet is installed or at very least they are honest about what these apartments have to offer. In the future I will edit this review to reflect the changes I hope are coming in a timely manner.Property Manager Responded

Just talked with them on Monday they are waiting on the equipment to get here.Due to the holidays it just took a little longer. I was told everything should be done by January 2020. It’s okay
October 7, 2019Nice area, not too bad as far as disturbance, but network in the area absolutely sucks and they only offer at&t witch also sucks and it’s pretty expensive because even they have to go through a 3rd party to get service. Would I recommend living here? Yes, but the internet connection is a big matter and phones “LTE” almost doesn’t even workProperty Manager Responded

Not bad, could be way better.
July 7, 2019No internet. Washer machines are broken half of the time. Maintenance takes forever to come when called. Office staff are careless. Would only recommend if you have no other option.Property Manager Responded

Horrible
May 11, 2019I can't get internet in my apartment which sucks because my whole life revolves around having access to the internet. I can't get AT&t and we cannot get Comcast. If we would have known that from the beginning we would have never moved in the apartment in the first place. I cannot wait till my lease is up.Property Manager Responded
