water, check the cabinets, doors etc. As I was doing my thorough inspection, no more than five minutes in, the manager, asks is there a problem. I explained to him, it was a big decision for me and I just wanted to check everything out. He snaps back, "well I have things to do, what is the problem, do you want the place?" As I am trying to take pictures, I tell him I don't know. He says well I can show it to other people but I have other things to do and you can't be in here by yourself. And so it goes on, he said a lot of other things, the fact of the matter is, the man is rude! My very first conversation with him, he came off abrasive and rude and watching him with other people, his demeanor was the same. I thought maybe it was something that wouldn't be that big of a deal. But based on the reviews of this place on other sites, the manager was the top complaint. He has been the manager for over seven years, I do not understand how he is still there. He is extremely rude. In the reviews, I did not see any complaints about roaches, rodents or anything like that. They were all negative reviews about him. It sucks because the apartment is nice but not worth dealing with the manager.
