June 3, 2024There is a lot of emphasis here on making the place like brand new and adding many conveniences, but ignoring basic things that current tenants have been promised. Spending LOTS of money, but the washers don't work and they have been broken for a year.Property Manager Responded

A bit scared
March 29, 2024I moved from out of state so maybe this is normal for Albuquerque but not for me. The area is called the war zone by my coworkers, it's strange to be able to say I know what gunshots sounds like from 30 yards away, and homeless population is out of control because the police don't seem to care in this area. Appointments made to have repairs done just go by with no contact and are forgotten about unless I keep bug them for weeks. It's not fun to be home from work multiple times without anyone ...showing up. It's cheap for ABQ, so it's got that for it, but otherwise I probably wouldn't recommend it to anyone.Property Manager Responded

July 31, 2023Location is very good. Grounds are kept in good shape. Appliances in most apartments are inefficient and old. Most people pay a very high electric bill. This is totally unnecessary given the rent we pay. Gates and any security often aren’t working. My last work request asking for a gate to be fixed disappeared.Review from Apartments.com
