respectful neighbors. The whole complex has only 15 units and is located in very quiet neighborhood. Location and price are unbeatable. I would definitely recommend the place. It is truly a gem with its location and management. Just remember whenever you are ready to move be very careful. They are very harsh with return of the security deposit. We left the place spotless. Requested the final walk through, which they don't apparently offer. And were charged $350 for total of 5 small screw holes which were placed only in 3 places of the apartment, front door, living room and bedroom. We removed the screws but didn't patch the little holes knowing that management always paints apartment before new tenants move in. We stayed in few apartments before in which screw holes were recognized as regular wear and tear. In this situation if we would know about such high chargers we would definitely patch them ourselves. Again this apartment is the best deal for you. Great place to live in. Quiet. Short walk or bicycle ride to lots of entertaining/dining areas. Unbeatable price. Respectful and carrying management. So don't look any farther. Just please, make sure to patch any little holes when you are moving out.
