Safety Hazard! Deplorable Living Conditions!
October 6, 2021My Sister and brother in law are currently vacating this property, as an assistant manager of a property here in Washington myself, I am appalled at the deplorable conditions that they have been living in the past month. This property has done nothing to help with the flooding in the apartment home. The carpets are so saturated with water that when you step, it pools over your feet. You can see the photos of how bad it is, but honestly they don’t do justice to how terrible this place is. They ...have called multiple times and they don’t even bother to answer the phone, they email, still no response. There is black mold growing on the walls and in the vents and constant leaking in the kitchens and bedroom, not to mention over the electric outlets. It is a complete safety issue and violates so many health codes the building should be condemned. And yet, they post a notice on the door asking for rent but can’t be bothered to make my family’s living conditions safer? Completely and utterly unacceptable, Laguna Creek Apartments and their staff do not care about the safety of their residents. What kind of property are you running? As property manager, you are the acting liaison between the residents of Laguna Creek Apartments and your corporate office. Have you done your due diligence? From the looks of it, certainly not. Distasteful
August 23, 2021I don’t recommend this place to the poorest person. The leasing office staff rude and lack in so much, SO MUCH. The apartment infested with bugs I never seen before!!! Miserable Place to Live
February 28, 2021Anyone thinking about moving here, don’t! I could name a million reasons, but for now I’ll just name a few. Our A/C has been breaking on & off since we moved in. The maintenance staff claims to fix it, but it always ends up breaking again! Water leaks through the walls and ceiling are common, so I hope you have an extra bucket! The ceiling in my bathroom is caving in. There’s mold in my bathroom and on my ceiling due to the constant water leaking from this one spot. There’s a wire hanging from my ...ceiling that was supposed to be fixed when I moved in to “fix the a/c”, but it was never repaired! Don’t even waste your time trying to contact the front office because they won’t answer the phone. And don’t forget about the random charges they add to your rent every month! Stay far far away. It’s a shame that the crime in the East is the least of your worries in these apartments. I hope you don’t have a nice car because the gates are always wide open and never fixed. Appliances were dirty and not modern, Bath tub was BLACK, and there was a huge dead roach on the floor and roach legs! Absolutely DISGUSTING!! May 14, 2020These people are very unprofessional, my experience was horrible with my agent ana, i do recommend moving in these apartments, the unit i was about to love door was bust wide open, i was told to switch my lights over my light had been on at the unit for about a week and i was not living there yet, the unit wasnt ready for me to move in the date i was supposed to moved in and the front office do mot answer the phone. They’ll keep procrastinating and tell you to come back and when you come back ...nothing is ready still. I absolutely am LIVID ! I waisted my time and money. Horrible! Run!
November 16, 2019Everything about this place is deplorable. I’ve lived here for the past year and it has been nothing short of a disaster. The property itself is raggedy, run down, infested with roaches and fleas, mold and mildew are in the walls, pipes leaking, foundations are leaning, I could name a thousand things, literally. The crime is so bad, people are waking up to find their cars sitting on bricks, and that’s just over the last few weeks. Someone is coming through and stealing tires off of resident’s ...cars. And yes there are a few camera which are angled poorly and no the gates never work so ANYONE can enter or exit. Cars are broken into or stolen by the dozen some nights. And this is just half of what’s going on around here. I’ve seen security, who patrols 4 complexes, maybe 3 times since moving in. Random gunfire is the norm. The property manager does not care about her tenants. She is horrible, has no compassion or concern, and quite frankly, is not the brightest star in the sky. Multiple people have been robbed, shot or murdered here over the last few years. Do your research! People are being held against their will here. When anyone inquired about breaking lease due to the crime and safety, we are told we knowingly moved in a high crime area and these are not valid reasons to break the lease without penalty. In a years time I could tell you at least 100 things that have happened or gone wrong. This advertisement is very misleading and inaccurate.
