December 10, 2024Great neighborhood, very pet friendly, great maintenance crew and management is very kind! Everyone is so kind to my puppy and helping him transition and learn to love people and they showed him kindness and patience till they won him over and now he loves everyone!! ?? December 1, 2024The office staff is the best there is, it is because of Karen and lea that I am in my 8th year here at lakepoint.the matinince staff is always polite and helpful they answer questions and always do the job to my satisfaction. October 29, 2024This is a beautiful property. I really love living here!!! It’s peaceful on the lake and there is so much beautiful nature here. Love it EXCEPT for the potholes that are tearing up my car!!Property Manager Responded

The pot holes will be addressed very soon, until the large project can start we have patched the holes in the mean time. We are hopeful to have the drive lanes redone by the end of this month.
