very attentive and friendly. Definitely consider this complex when you're looking for a place to land.

everything looking Good, that I was s great Tennant. Then I get a letter saying I messed up the walls and I am forfeiting my deposit. There was no check in the envelope. So after a walk through and a letter saying, I left everything looking great. They keep my deposit anyways. Stay away from this place!

but I don't use it much anymore as I need a heated pool for my needs. They have laundry rooms. I do not drive. Each apartment mostly Has a carport. The grounds could use a bit of work. I used to walk to the neighborhood store down the street Albertsons supermarket which is now closed. There are other restaurants and two other supermarkets. In the area this is one of the few lower priced places that I feel safe living. But due to my financial/medical situation I have to keep it on the low and safe. After 19 years now my rate has gone up too much for me to be able to stay. I really like my little place and I will miss it. I have made great friends here. I know the staff the work orders do get done. They do raise the rent almost every year. It used to be a raise that you could manage but with rates going up everywhere they have done the same. I have to stay until I find some place to live another year hopefully. I will get the housing I have been waiting for. Or find something I can afford much easier on my low budget. This is all just very bittersweet for me.
