    I 100% do not recommend anyone to move into this community. Terrible customer service. Especially from the community manager who has been ignoring my emails for a couple weeks now.

    Terrible customer service. I would not recommend anyone to move into this community. It is not "luxurious" at all. The leasing agents and manager do not care about their residents.

    Fine place to live. The charges on the rent receipt dont make sense. 2 charges for trash. They charge a $25 fee for leaving your trash out but do not offer reimbursements when things get broken into around here. Also cannot waive any fees. (Ex. I pay a locker fee for packages but all my packages come to my door step) Also the pool, and other amenities were closed due to covid and we were still paying for them.

    Lenox is a quiet community with nice apartments with dark floors and cabinets. It has a really nice pool and club house with a pool table and tv room. The staff is friendly and helpful.

    Pools are kept mostly clean in the summer, parking has only recently gotten annoying, units are nice but construction is so cheap that you can hear all of your neighbors at all times of day and night. Yes, the strippers upstairs who come Stumbling home wasted at 3-4 In the morning And all of ALL your neighbors dogs (bc everyone in Austin has a dog), every conversation (or argument) that goes on in the hallways and all of the highway noise you can handle. Electric bill is extremely high ...
    regardless of the new appliances and construction, constantly $150-$200 for a tiny one bedroom. Staff is friendly but if you come to them with any type of complaint it is usually just put on the back burner and immediately forgotten. However, maintenance requests were handled very promptly. I didn’t know paying extra to live in a “nice” apartment still meant dealing with terrible neighbors who face no consequences for their Blatant lease violations (noise, drugs, littering). The parking lot is flat out dangerous, there are no speed bumps/signage/mirrors around corners. People are constantly speeding by without a care. If you’re mobility is limited I wouldn’t recommend living here as accessibility was an afterthought. Might as well save your money and find someplace cheaper so it doesn’t drive you insane that you pay so much in rent just to be unhappy here as you would be anywhere else.
