about you can hear the parents in the next apartment cussing out their toddlers and children noise level. There is a fly problem in the building we lived in. They came from the hallways and we are pretty sure they came from within the apartment itself, but they never went away, no matter what we tried. When the fall and winter months came, the window sills accumulated water from the condensation from the windows and no matter how many times we dried it, the next day we would have to dry them again. We tried numerous things to try to stop the condensation from happening, but nothing worked. We barely kept anything in our master closet, but when we moved out we found a substantial patch of mold on the closet wall and on one of the walls in the master bedroom. There is definitely not enough air circulation in the apartment. The apartment within a couple of months started to smell just like the building hallway: a mixture of poop and smelly feet. The only time the building didn't smell is when the cleaning crew came to clean the floors and that didn't last long either, maybe for only a day. Again, this happened in the apartment building we stayed in. Maybe, the other apartments and townhomes don't have this problem. However, the building we stayed in needs some serious TLC. I hope it gets it.
