    Management’s philosophy is “out with the old, in with the new.” I’ve lived here for a couple years and it’s evident that they value new business over current tenants. After all, they can only raise the rent so much on lease renewals am I right!? My main complaint (along with several other neighbors) is the noise made around here so early. The gas powered leaf blowers start at around 7:45 or 8, and it goes to 11-12. Have a day off and want to stay up late watching movies? Get ready to be tired all ...
    day tomorrow! Are you a college student studying for finals through the night, hoping to get a few hours of sleep before you have to go in? Be prepared to NOT get as many hours as you planned for. Work from home? Good luck trying to focus in the morning as the revving of the blower blasts through Miranda’s single pane windows. Speaking of single pane windows, the winter gets COLD, and those windows let out all of the heat in the space. Good thing there’s some handy dandy wall heaters. They’ll only raise your electricity bill by about $300 a month, but something about 80s heating technology just makes me feel so cozy. For the sake of time, I’ll stop here. All to say, it’s an obvious attempt at making the property desirable for someone who will spend half of a day checking the area out (new prospective tenants) at the expense of current tenants (future you). Good luck, don’t say I didn’t warn you.

  • Ignored us when we asked them to fix termite situation

    It’s been a month since we requested for them to fix termite situation. They ignored our ticket and now we have termites in our room. Terrible

  • Carpet bugs and theft.

    Carpet bugs and theft. I have gotten my bike stollen outside of my apartment overnight while it was locked up and in the parking areas people keep hitting your car and not even leave a note.

  • Theft

    June 3, 2021
    The staff are great, but because of some dangerous incidents that have occured here. We had two bikes stolen from this apartment. One was locked up in the garage that you need a key to enter and the ULock was cut (an unfortunate incident, but not entirely unexpected), and secondly more scarily someone stole our bike from our balcony. We live on the second floor so someone literally scaled the lower apartments to get to our bike at 3 am while we were in the apartment. While we feel very lucky that ...
    that was the only thing that was stolen it certainly does not make us feel safe to live here. And Mirada has yet to share anything to the neighborhood about either incidents to warn others of these possible occurences.

  • No good

    The people that work here are not prepared to serve the guests. The online payment for the room booking is not working properly. They are saying you should pay cash and you recover your money after that. It is a really bad treatment for the guests.. Even though the place has potential..too bad that the management together with the employees are making things worse..

    Disappointed in this place, for the price you would think the grounds are better maintained. No help from an untrained staff, don’t waste your time here. Summers are terrible no air conditioning in units.

    Management would deny your application for no reason and would not reply your call. You'll waste your application fee and a bad record on your credit report! Please think before you apply this terrible place!

  • not exhausts in kitchen and bath, not clean

    dummy fans that makes noise only, won't circulate air, have to cook with all windows/ doors opened, no air conditioning, dummy heaters are for show, won't warm up air, premise not clean, dead tree leafs everywhere, people won't pick up after their dogs

  • Awful

    This is the worst living experience we had in any of the rental properties. The location is nice and amenities are pretty standard for the area. However this complex has a couple of huge issues. Paper thin walls and ceilings - you will hear everything happening around you. We lived here for 7 months now, and starting from day 1 we had a huge problem with the downstairs neighbor. First day she stops by 5 times to first introduce herself and then right away asking to keep it down. We are just ...
    walking inside the apartment, but that's enough to get her crazy. After talking to the leasing office she stopped approaching us outside but started slamming doors, knocking on the walls every time someone walks inside the apartment. Multiple calls, emails to the leasing office, no effect whatsoever. Called the local security guards at some point, she calmed down for a few weeks, and the whole thing started again. Leasing office will pretend they are trying to help but actually doing nothing. We can't prove it but were pretty sure the neighbor started stealing our shoes if left outside the apartment and messing with our laundry. If you choose this complex, keep in mind you have a slight chance of the same happening to you, and beware that you will get absolutely no help from the property managers. We're leaving as son as our lease ends, and maybe even earlier since it's getting real creepy.
