A nightmare but we don't have the income to fight for better
July 30, 2024I moved here in February 2024. I am a single parent who just left an abusive situation, so my options were limited, and it was time sensitive to get into a place that was close enough to my child's school. I am now almost halfway through this lease already with nothing really being fixed despite frequent calls/emails to property management. The communication from the office is poor and the conditions are uninhabitable enough that I am contacting authorities (HUD, Code enforcement, the city of ...Tampa, and Bay Area Legal Services) to get assistance. My biggest complaint is the horrible roach infestation in my unit. The office staff have failed to get pest control here on a regular basis, and it's basically uninhabitable. The bugs are so bold that they will crawl right up to humans to take their food in broad daylight while cooking or trying to eat. They even end up inside the fridge. I have had to miss so much work from waiting around every Thursday for their contracted pest control to maybe visit, and they often don't come due to weather or lack of communication from office staff who make excuses about being on vacation. They also refuse to let you do your own pest control or schedule on other days. When they do finally do big treatments, I am responsible for basically packing up 3 rooms in my apartment so they can spray, on top of then moving big appliances back into place by myself, unpacking my stuff again, and cleaning up all of the dead bugs when they are done. They also don't give any notice of confirmation or cancellation of these services. I have to get all living creatures out of my apartment for the rest of the day when they do come because the poisons they use are so strong, which means paying for somewhere that my cat and my child can go each time.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com

July 20, 2015I have been living her for three years. The staff has not changed everyone in the office is really nice and helpful. On top of it all the communication is great. I always tell people abput this place. It is a great place to live. On thing i can say when something need reparing they are on top of it.Reseña de Apartments.com
