Best home ever!
March 27, 2023The staff is excellent and the address any issues immediately. We love living here! We love the grounds and we really love our apartment. We've lived here since the end of 2020 and it's not been nothing but a peaceful experience. I hope we get to call this place home for years to come.Property Manager Responded

April 3, 2020I am so happy I chose to live here! I have had so much fun meeting my neighbors and getting to know the local area. I moved here from Pennsylvania and am really enjoying it so far. I brought my cat with me and I am very happy that this complex is pet friendly. Everything is well maintained and clean and the office people are very nice & helpful.Property Manager Responded

Not worth your money
March 19, 2020Poor management who are rude and lack professional skill. Neighbors are rude and blaming you for things that never happened. Parking situation a nightmare. They have too many reserved that are left open rather than fair free for all parking just another poly to get more money even though the rent is already high. Mold that you can’t get rid of. Not good at all
December 30, 2019Mold in the apartment. Maintenance not good, head maintenance man blames tenant instead of actually fixing things. You complain about an issues, they treat you like you're not smart enough to know what you're talking about. Parking horrible. Apartments noisy and not well insulated. Enjoy living in a nice place
September 20, 2018I've really enjoyed living in this community. I was able to use the swimming pool on the beautiful days and really enjoy the club house and the fitness center. The apartment was well cared for and has a nice layout. I'm so happy I was able to move in and bring my pet with me.Property Manager Responded

Lived here 8 years. Staff is great, but residents and parking are bad, and getting worse
March 25, 2018Staff is amazing and we LOVE them. The maintenance crew is great, efficient, and kind. However, we've seen a lot of residents come and go in eight years. In the last 2 we now have frequent police activity and there are drug dealers in the south end of Building U. From as early as 7 AM to 1 AM they have 1-2 cars double parked with hazard lights on outside of Bldg U, Units 9-12. Also, the parking is STILL a nightmare. We had small hope that parking had improved when they installed ~20 new stalls on ...the NE section of the complex summer 2017, but now they're all "RESERVED," and the new owners are nickel and diming standard parking, along with everything else about living here. I spent 20 minutes on a March 2018 Saturday night trying to find parking and finding SEVEN of the ~20 reserved stalls were completely unoccupied, all right next to each other. 1 year ago, I've spent upwards of 50 minutes looking for parking for my own apartment. Also, the neighborhood has gotten rougher. I do not feel safe walking around at night as there are tweakers walking around the complex as early as 9:30pm. With the parking situation getting bad again, I get nervous walking from my car to my apartment. We are a married couple, no children, 2 cars total. I give this 3 stars because the leasing staff is friendly and wonderful, the maintenance crew fix repairs almost always same-day and efficiently, and the staff is kind. It's the bad owners -- Priderock is approximately the 5th owner this complex has had since we've lived here. Hate the new owners. Miss the earlier years.Property Manager Responded

Best Apartment experience we have ever had.
December 21, 2017My husband I have lived here for nearly 4 years and it has been the best apartment experience we have ever had. The staff is wonderful! They are always polite and friendly and will do their absolute best to help. The maintenance team is quick to respond even if it is to tell you they have a bigger issue to take care of before getting to your ticket. I can count on less than one hand how many times I have seen law enforcement in the apartment complex for an issue outside of the random drive ...through patrol they do as a courtesy. Yes you will see the occasional transient walk through but the staff are quick to respond to suspicious people or activity when they are there. I wish I could say the same for the security company but they do a drive through at least once a night. We know a majority of our neighbors by name and we all help each other out and, we have had the same neighbors for a majority of the time we have been here. There is a quiet time rule that most residents follow and it's great. As a result the complex is nice and quiet. My only complaints are the old windows that allow heat to escape and moisture to come in, the storage space is not great especially in the kitchen and, there is very little counter space. I love to cook and my husband enjoys baking and we really want a bigger kitchen. However I would definitely tell someone to check the apartments out the staff makes it worth it. Go for one of the refreshed units though, they look great.Property Manager Responded

Beautiful and quiet for Everett
August 28, 2017I recently moved into these apartments and I LOVE THEM. Alanna, the leasing manager is super cool and personable. I love how quiet the complex is and how the trees block the sun from blasting the unit. The fire pit and community area is a nice touch, and it's nice to see that people actually use it. For the location, it's very safe, quiet and beautiful. Overall it's a very quaint, quiet apartment with very nice neighbors.Property Manager Responded

Wonderful place to live
June 29, 2017I recently moved from North Creek apartments after 4 1/2 years due to relocating to another city. From the first time I toured the apartments until the day I moved the staff (both office and maintenance) were nothing but professional, and always friendly and helpful; and, if there happened to be repairs, they were taken care of in a timely manner. They aren't the newest apartments, however they are more than comfortable, nicely laid out and quiet. Also they're located away from the main ...street, so traffic noise in minimal. I would gladly recommend North Creek to anyone wanting just a bit more room and you can't go wrong with the staff.Property Manager Responded

September 28, 2015The apartment layout is nice and the staff here is the best, very friendly and helpful. The reason I can't give a better rating is the residents. The police and sheriffs make frequent appearances and I still feel a little uneasy walking around at night. Also, there is definitely not enough parking.Property Manager Responded

September 23, 2015Very nice complex tucked away off the main roads, but close to everything - shipping, restaurants, highways. Apartment is newly painted, has new carpet, new appliances, and updated fixtures. Balcony overlooks wooded area. Polite staff and responsive maintenance service. Pool, fitness center, large patio with picnic tables, two large grills, and fire pit. Like it very much!Property Manager Responded
