The building and apartment have been fully renovated, all while keeping the original features of the building intact. The building is in a great location near Seattle University, Harborview, Swedish and downtown. Restaurants, shops, street car, and bus lines are all within blocks. Take the street car to Capitol Hill, Pioneer Square, the International District, and the stadiums. This location cannot be beat - walk score is 99!
