    If anyone is looking to stay in the area of 45 and 1960, I do not recommend living at the Park North Apartments. They were bought out and are now called Life at Spring Estates. They have made many changes, but it is now costing the tenants more money. Water is $190, so they are charging $45 per person, whether it's a kid or adult living in the house, and then the usage of the water. So now added to to are bill $180 plus the usage of the water I have never heard of this from any apartments. ...
    Parking is a mess. You have visitors and a whole bunch of reserved parking, so you are lucky if you find a spot near your apartment building that is not reserved or for visitors, or your vehicle will get towed. I only have a few more months of living here, and I will be happy when I leave. There are extra charges to our monthly bill. called to complain to the office, and she stated they are still working out the kinks. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARK NORTH APARTMENTS.

    It’s a very quiet apartment complex. Everyone seems to mind their own business. There is enough parking spaces. Outside area is well maintained by the staff.

    2 months deep, so far so good. The apartments are equipped with so much storage space, in unit washer/dryer that is in its own closet sized laundry room, and actual closet that is near the size of a bedroom itself. My favorite feature in my unit are the big windows and natural lighting. I love the gray walls/carpet in the living room and bedroom. It looks very modern and clean. The kitchen space with all the cabinets and dance around room is also something worth mentioning. Also, havent had any ...
    maintenance issues which is great. But I also cant speak on the maintenance team in terms of punctuality and quality being that I havent needed anything. The mail system is awesome here as we have both a mailbox and parcel locker while big packages come to the door. I just wish the mailers paid a little more attention to where theyre putting the mail. That is nothing compared to the many other things I have enjoyed about living at The Life. The conveniently placed grills throughout the complex, the nice gym, the peace and quiet, I really have no complaints. The ladies in the leasing office have been kind and helpful as well. I would definitely recommend this location/complex to anyone looking for a quality apartment home.

    Been here for 7 years, it has been a pleasure. Can't believe the prices has changed the way it has but I guess it's to be expected, never happened before. I have enjoyed staying here but it has changed drastically. It used to be really clean around here, but for the most part I enjoy my little spot. So far no bad issues.
