Without an office here, people feel emboldened to do whatever they want to do. The complex issued parking permits, and said this would help with non-residents parking here. It didn’t. Without an office here, people park here for two months without getting towed. If you live there, you will have to get used to random people hanging about. It’s very shady. I received most of my deposit back after I moved out, but the management company did charge me an additional $34 for utilities. This was confusing to me because I paid everything that was due at the time that I moved out. They even sent me a bill and said these are your charges and then I paid them, and then they charged me an additional $34. I have no idea why this is and they did not provide any notice about it except with my refund check. This was the worst rental experience of my life. Admittedly, I have not lived in a lot of apartment complexes. But this was absolutely the worst.
