owed us for the days that we did not stay in the apartment and the remaining security deposit after they took the fee for the carpet cleaning, which they confirmed while my husband and I were still in the office. Almost A MONTH LATER they sent us a letter saying that we owe them because we moved early EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD ALREADY CONFIRMED that the apartment was in great condition and that they would be sending us the money that they owed us. So forth its going on 2 months now and I've asked to speak with the distract manager but instead I've been getting threatening letters from the leasing consultant that if we don't pay them that they will be sending it to collections, at that point we will have to pay 15% more along with another fee. We had a great experience for the most part with our apartment but as far as moving our and going through this its not worth it. If they tell you something I would as for it in writing with my leasing contract and thats for ANYONE!!
