It took 3 months and 3 different check to pay off an outstanding balance because they gave me the wrong address to mail it to. Eventually we drove to the leasing office (it's not on-site) and physically handed them the check. And I feel like they take too long to respond to complaints and just like the office staff don't really know what they're doing. I'm pretty sure they'll start billing for water, but with only one meter per building, I'm not sure how that is going to work out. I give it 3 stars, only because 2.5 isn't an option. If office staff were a bit more organized and rent wasn't ridiculous, these apartments are great. But save yourself the frustration and find someplace different.
