Stay away
October 28, 2024Firstly, maintenance work often begins very early in the morning, which can be disruptive. For example, lawn maintenance frequently involves blowing dirt and leaves, which tend to end up on neighboring patios rather than being cleaned up properly. Additionally, I have noticed that issues requiring maintenance often take longer to resolve, as they rely on third-party services. While the staff is friendly, I feel that follow-up on concerns is lacking. Furthermore, despite the property being ...designated as non-smoking, I have occasionally detected the smell of cigarettes, and it seems that communication around this issue has not led to any effective action. Lastly, the noise from the pool area, particularly during the summer months, can be quite loud, especially with children playing. After three years, we decided to move, and it was the best decision for us. I would recommend potential residents to consider other options, such as those in the Livermore area, as I believe they may offer better value for the price. Stay away
August 21, 2024I would not recommend staying here. The walls are very thin, so you can hear your neighbors tv or their dogs barking. There is constant movement in and out of the building, which may suggest underlying issues. Additionally, maintenance is either poorly managed or very inconsiderate, and the property manager does not inform you of maintenance being done in nearby units, which makes things very difficult. The unit is cleaned quickly and put up for rent right away. When moving in, we encountered ...several issues, including a lingering smell from the previous tenant and paint splatters on the floor that are impossible to remove. We rented a three-bedroom unit but were only given two parking passes, which doesn't make sense for a three-bedroom apartment.Property Manager Responded

Stay away if you want to sleep every night
June 19, 2024Constant slamming doors all times of nights coming and going, maintinence people from hell who just want to mess with you. Thin walls to enjoy your neighbors shower every night at 2am and again at 4am. Fun times.Property Manager Responded

Great place!! High recommended!!
July 26, 2023I have lived here for several years now and I still love this place. The location is perfect. You can walk to downtown Pleasanton, fairly close to highway 680, and I can walk my dog to a big park just across the street. Amador high school is a great school and it is just 10 min walk. The apartment is not built brandnew, but whenever I have an issue, the management team responds very quickly and Jose, Mr. maintenance, can fix the problem in a timely manner, so I do not need to worry about ...anything. If you are looking for a safe, lovely apartment complex with a relaiable management team, this is it!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Everything!!

Beautiful complex
November 6, 2021Pleasanton Glen is a nice apartment complex friendly staff. It is pet friendly which was a plus for me. Great location and great management
June 23, 2021My wife and I move across the country to this apartment complex and it was a great decision. We love the location. Being able to walk to downtown Pleasanton in 10 minute was great. The park across the street was perfect for our dog. The management team is great and we never had any complaints. They were always responsive and very supportive of residents during the COVID-19 pandemic. Nice place to live
April 22, 2021Great, quiet, and clean place with great support staff, really appreciate their hard work and they were one step ahead in taking care of the resident's problems during the pandemic which is commendable.
