November 21, 2024Best apartment living I needed a break from home ownership. Redwood apartments provided a beautiful environment and living space with ample storage space for stress-free living. I had one of the best views of pond and lined trees from my patio with no backyard neighbors. If anything needed attention , it was performed the next day. Neighbors are friendly, and neighborhood is very safe. I purchased a house and am back to being a homeowner. May 22, 2024Move in experience My husband and I had looked at several apartments before we discovered Redwood,. We fell in love...so much better than anything we had seen. Redwood feels like a neighborhood instead of an apartment complex. It's quiet, it's open and spacious, it's clean and modern, an overall peaceful vibe. We felt guided through the whole process of getting into the apartment, from the application process, to signing up for utilities, to signing our lease. The office agents communicated ...promptly and clearly. On move-in day, my husband and I met Arien, our leasing agent, at the designated time for our walk through and to get our keys. She was very friendly and thorough about the details of our move in and welcomed us to reach out at any time with questions or needs. Our apartment was clean, fresh and move-in ready. We enjoyed the special touches of wine and wine glasses, and even toilet paper and paper towels to make our first days feel right at home. Shout out to Kayla and Kim and Arien for helping us along the way. Good, but read your contract carefully...
July 6, 2021For the most part, our experience with Redwood apartments was positive. We moved into a new-build community 3 ½ years ago, we’re blessed with good neighbors throughout, and our maintenance needs were taken care of in a timely manner. These things are good but expected based on the cost of the apartments in this community which was pretty high compared with other local apartment complexes of comparable quality. That said, our move-out experience left something to be desired. After 3 ½ years ...and tolerating the construction process as the complex completed its development, with the unfinished landscaping, poor drainage, patchy grass, and mud everywhere you went once you stepped out of your apartment we were charged $434 for “stains and/or tears to the carpet much of which was likely a result of the conditions outside of the apartment being carried into the apartment and the fact that the carpet was 3 ½ years old. It seems like a reasonable expense to expect that if a renter has occupied a unit for that long that they are going to have to replace the carpet. It appears as though they understood that and made the correction in all of the new apartments which removed the carpet in the common areas in favor of laminate flooring, yet they still saw fit to charge us for their mistake and their conditions in the area. Additionally, we gave 30 days’ notice and vacated the apartment within the 30 days, yet we were charged an additional $116.67 for the lost rent on the unit for the week after our 30 days were up. Upon further review of the contract we noticed in the fine print that this is a stipulation within the contract, however, it was never explained in advance, nor was it noted when we coordinated the 30-day notice and clearly wanted to avoid paying additional rent. We are truly disappointed in Redwood Apartments for the way they closed out this lease and handled the expenses detailed in this review. Ensure that you carefully read the contract before accepting their terms because you will be held to it and there will be no consideration for your time tenure in the community, the extra charge you pay for your animals, or the lack of expense you cost them by being a good tenant, it won’t be repaid in kind.Property Manager Responded

Awesome place to live!
March 19, 2017We recently moved in just a little over a month ago and we couldn't be more impressed. Right when we walked into the leasing office Kelly was awesome, super friendly and welcomed us in with open arms you would've thought we had known her for years. She has such a positive attitude and she has made our transition so easy, and Rob is great at getting work orders done quick and efficiently. Kelly is very friendly and always gives our dogs a treat when she sees us out. Needless to say, the dogs love her! January 24, 2017We recently rented at Berkshire. We have not moved in, yet. So far, our experience has been wonderful. Our tour was very thorough and we left with no questions unanswered.
