Beautiful and cozy
April 2, 2024With several different choices in Floor plans I wasn't sure which one we wanted! With the amazing office staff helping me along the way we were able to get the one we chose even in the time frame we wanted too! Amazing Management and Staff A
May 3, 2019I been searching for a nice place to move into and a place to call home and I came across these apartments and came in to view the styles and different options, and when I met Bri and Troy that day I notice the honsity and the nice friendly attitude towards me. They worked very hard to have the apartment ready to move in and take advantage of the generous special that they were offering in April. Super community feel, wonderful place to live with a fantastic staff!
January 11, 2018This is truly a unique place to live. These are the feel of a home, the convince of a condo, but the ease and affordability of an apartment. I love our neighbors, there is a sense of community & care that I have only experienced in my former houses once living there multiple years. The furnishings are high end & we live the layout. It’s a lot of “bang for your buck” with the floor plans & layout of the development itself. Adrian & staff are beyond amazing, they truly care! They even have 24 ...maintenance. When they say pet friendly, they mean it! I wish I had more space in this review to provide more glowing review. Love It
July 12, 2017Love living in these apartments. They seem like condos. The community is great and neighbors are wonderful. Love walking our dog in the community and seeing other with their dogs. The only bad thing is this is an apartment and people come and go. So I miss the people and dogs when moves happen. I would recommend this place and have to others.Reseña de Apartments.com

Great apartment
November 25, 2015I have waited for my new home for a long time! We had many construction delays due to DTE and Consumers delaying the installation of their utilities. Comcast was an issue at first with installing my cable. I must say Comcast was the main problem I had, but that is resolved now. I currently live in this complex and I love it. It's quite and my neighbors are very friendly.The staff is very small the only person in the office is Stephanie she is the manager and one maintenance guy. She has ...addressed my concerns immediately and the guy come into my home within 3 hours!!! My past experience at my old complex was terrible so when I saw the guy came in so quickly I was amazed. I'm not thrilled that we are required to pay rent online because if we don't there is a fee attached by paying by check but the office helped me set up my account. The house is a perfect size for me and my husband. The one thing I dislike is that the stoves aren't glass top they are drip pans. Also I think it would be nice if this community offered washer and dryers instead of making the resident buy their own. Beechcrest - Worse Management Ever
October 24, 2015Worst Worst Worst Management by an Apartment Complex I have ever seen. The move-in date was delayed by 2 months during which time there was very little communication with the future residents. There seemed to be even less communication between the management and construction company. Initially, contacting management was extremely difficult both by email or telephone and their response was slow or non-existent. This should have been a sign of what was to come. After move-in, gas was not ...available for more than two weeks, so the homes were unable to be heated during this time even though residents had moved in. Installation of the internet was an even more chaotic and mysterious process as the facility management continually promised installation would be complete "within a couple days of move in" and it took one month for the residents to be able to have any form of internet access. When residents first moved in, the apartment neighborhood was not even on the map and when suggestions were given to management as to how to quickly complete this process, they were not at all interested in any help. Even though mailboxes were installed one month after move-in, and residents were told they would receive their mail in these mailboxes, it was not until later that we found out the mail would not actually be delivered until 80% of the neighborhood was occupied - and at this point not even 50% of the neighborhood has been constructed. So, until that time residents will have to pick up all of their mail at the post office - the residents were not informed of this by management, we had to find out when we did not receive our mail and inquired at the post office. Worst of all, even after discussing these issues with management, they seem not to care about the residents after the lease has been signed. When discussing these issues with managment their response was "Well, you don't have to live here." It is clear that the residents of Beechcrest are the lowest priority to the Beechcrest ByRedwood Management team. It also appears that they were too aggressive in signing leases in moving residents in before they were fully prepared - one almost gets the feeling this was their first venture at such a business, but unfortunately it is not.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
