The staff was unapologetic and lacked empathy for the situation they put us into (May I even say rude). We were not reimbursed in any way and took over three months for them to find solutions to our problems. They did not communicate effectively and ignored emails as well as phone calls. They placed blame on each other and supply demand issues instead of finding solutions to our issue. It is now 8 months of living in the apartment and we are still dealing with the smell of cigarette smoke and have two missing cabinet drawers that have not been replaced from the time we moved in. Our belongings are littered with the smell including my furniture. In relation to the apartment complex: Poor management and response time. The hallways, stairwell, and elevator are always littered with trash The layout of the unit it self is nice and spacious. The apartment is within walking distance to the downtown making it convenient. The gate into the parking area is often broken allowing anyone to enter. The neighborhood turns bad immediately south of the complex. The workout room is unkempt. There is no recycling on site.
