(Of course this excludes the possibility that someone stands under the window of the said apartment several days a week or more and blows it straight up.) In the meantime, anyone who does not like the smell is suffering and is exposed to second hand smoke. There are legal ways, that they can enforce their own rule of non smoking. More importantly, there is an implied warranty of habitability, which I have no question is not being met, regardless of whether every judge would agree. Additionally, the building's cooler stopped working. No explanation was given to me by management/ maintenance when I asked. That could at least help a bit with the marijuana stench, and certainly with the summer heat. No response when asked or promise to repair. No ability to answer the door or let delivery people in remotely. These things were taken care of for the last 20 years or so by the previous management, until the Wheelhouse took over. Responsibility of course rests, though, with the owners of the building, most likely. Other than the lack of logic, concern, honesty, place is nice if you love marijuna.
