Because the postal worker just leaves packages at your door, as there's really nowhere else to take them. So it sat in front of our door, and we never saw it again. 3) There's no central air. So they have these wall air conditioners that work well in the winter, but not in the summer. In our two bed, we had to buy a window air conditioner, because the apt. became pretty unbearable in the summer (3rd floor). 4) The office never gave us our deposit back, or even sent us a letter stating why, or what any damages were. So don't expect your deposit back. Would I recommend this place? No. Not unless you really can't afford anything else. Even in that case, search for a section 42 apt.
