  • Moldy apartment complex

    August 6, 2023
    This place sucks! mold is growing on all our stuff, carpet is damp but the maintenance team here claims that the carpet is dry when the maintenance guy’s moisture meter was reading high and we bought our own and it was reading high as well so I’m not sure why they think the carpet is dry, the carpet smells like vinegar and the smells transfers to our feet and legs and hands when we touch it and to a blanket or pillow when they fall off and touch the carpet. The poor kids don’t understand not to ...
    stay off of the carpet, if we keep a blanket on the floor for them to play on them it starts molding after a couple days. The maintenance team just told us to clean our carpet for the smell which we have been but it’s not working. They also told us to get rid of some of the kids things like that was supposed to help with the mold issue here. We told them that it looks like there’s some kind of mold issue on the outside window but they didn’t even bother looking at it. I’m constantly cleaning the windows because if I don’t black mold will start growing on it after a week. They told us if we move out before our lease renewal we wouldn’t be rent responsible but now that we moved out before august first they are now telling us we are rent responsible until they find someone and they are charging us a carpet cleaning fee for the mold that they tell us is not there. They keep telling us that the mold is dust and they had a “mold specialist” come out who also say it is dust when we have pictures proving it is mold and the other apartments beside us say they now have mold as well. There’s mold under the fridge, under our deep freezer, under our bed, the dresser, on the kids books and toys, on the blankets, some of our clothes, growing on the carpet, on our son’s mattress and on the walls, it is literally everywhere and as soon as we moved out I have stopped coughing which means it was affecting me. Do not move in to these apartments you will regret it. I wish I had taken more pictures of the things that had molded. We believe it started in the ac/water heater room that they keep locked. They were trying to be sneaky and clean in there and wouldn’t let us look in there to see what was wrong and wouldn’t tell us what was wrong in there. the round hill meadow’s Facebook page has blocked me for complaining on their page since we have received no help

  • Great Place to Live

    The property is well maintained. The staff is friendly and always put a lot of effort into making it a fun place to live. They create monthly resident events where we enjoy games, food, prizes and a lot of laughter. We have great amenities such as fireplaces, solariums, washer and dryers and spacious walk-in closets. I just love living here!

  • Upscale Wannabe's

    The closets are VERY spacious and the area is nice and walkable - the solariums are a nice touch. Now for the realness - I lived over here for several years and watched everything decline slowly. Management is spotty, the turnover is high and rules are implemented and changed with this, so there's no consistency for residents. The assistant property manager seemed to be of good nature during interactions. Maintenance is slow to respond to tickets, if at all, and the man there upon my departure ...
    wasn't personable like the rest have been and ensured vehicles were towed. I've not seen anyone with a vendetta against the residents. Pest control needs to be done in every unit regularly and NOT just when requested by the unit there are roaches, spiders, house centipedes, millipedes, ants, and black beetles that squeeze underneath the door frame (let's fix this!). It is not a good environment for children, there aren't enough amenities for them to be active outside and when they are it's scrutinized by management and they terminate your lease. Most activities scheduled for children by the office was never coordinated with school hours, so it was redundant. They try, but they fail. A lot needs to be done to make the place livable and the housing that is being built near this complex will probably create another rental increase which would be great if there were upgrades with it. The area desperately wants to be upscale, but it's poorly constructed and managed with the ability to hear everything the upstairs or downstairs neighbors are doing and when any door closes in any apartment within the building there is not enough pizzazz for the price. Make sure you ask if the carpets were shampooed or replaced prior to move in.

  • STAY AWAY

    From the horrible customer services, very thin walls and floors (you can hear your neighbors upstairs talking and their conversations), wild cats and dogs everywhere outside and in the dumpsters, drug addicts and drug deals, loud cars flying though the community all hours, and loud loud loud neighbors. This is a very horrible place to live especially if you have children.

  • Very upset with the service

    Every time they’ve listed I’ve called emailed and try contacting to get a rental, not only does it say they’d re open in their office but that I’m well within the correct business hours. I never get a response. I phone always goes to voicemail and my emails are never responded. This is very unprofessional

  • stay away

    stay far away from this place. sure, the apartments themselves are nice. big, spacious, fireplace, big tub, nice location. but the staff are AWFUL. Rude, stuck up and not helpful at all. They will leave maintenance issues unresolved for MONTHS. and also, there is mold in these apartments that they do not fix.

    The apt. Place is in great location but for orange I think prices are too high. Even for llow income.. a single mom as myself cant afford it. You have all other bills such as water, elect, cable and you charge pet fee each month.
