Staples, Mc Donalds,Wendy's,Burger King,CVS, Panera, Dunkin Donuts, 711, several other fast food establishments,Radio Shack, the town library, and movie theater are all with in walking distance; barley a block away. The crime rate is low and the town is quiet. Great for quiet people. Everything shuts down around 10:00-11. Very safe and cautious. Lots of beautiful parks and beaches surrounding the town for a sunny outting. This building specifically has a waiting list and is based on your income only available to elderly,disabled, and people with families. Despite the "lower" rent paid its become quite difficult to keep rent for if any children living in the house over 18 work a job they are immediately required to pay rent and the rent is raised. Overall it makes it extremely hard to have any kind of savings, since they check bank records, and impossible to once you live there, move away.
