You can load your laundry card in the clubhouse with cash or credit. I wouldn't load it with too much unless you're 100% sure you won't lose it (or leave it in the washer). Some of the renters aren't the most friendly nor are some of the snobby owners. But, for the area it is worth the price and is decent. It is VERY close to Ed Smith stadium (Spring home of the Baltimore Orioles and a few minutes from Downtown Sarasota. University Parkway is a quick 10 minute trip NORTH and that area has every store you could possibly want including the new UTC mall. CVS less than a mile away, Winn Dixie within two miles, two Publix Markers within 6 miles. The huge upside? Management. Bruce (CAM) and the maintenance team are friendly and nice. Bruce makes himself available for whatever need via cell phone and will assist you with any situation.
