Great neighborhood, but subpar superintendents.
July 23, 2015I've lived in the building for a long time now and I can say that most of the neighbors are very friendly and family oriented, so is the rest of the block. Everyone knows each other and there is never any trouble around the area. Since new superintendents were hired about 5 years ago however, the cleanliness of the building has been on the decline. There will be wrappers and such sitting on the ground for weeks. Maybe once a month they will mop the hallways but that's when they get around to it. ...This also goes for repairs in apartments, they always seem to be out and rarely answer phone calls, but they will make themselves extra visible when rent is due, that's for sure. Also, the local post office has left packages by the mailbox(which they aren't supposed to do) and things have gotten stolen.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
