Customer service was stupendous
March 13, 2024I have never experienced customer service to this level, the property manager was very nice and very professional she helped with the process to the last Second. If I remember correctly her name was Vanessa, she was a beautiful spirit inside and out. She made everything so easy we flew right though everything. Terrible Management
March 1, 2022This new management that took over at the end of 2021 has been nothing but awful. They never answer the phone or call back. They never answer emails. They completely ignore service requests. But they have no problem sending out very rude emails on an almost daily basis.Property Manager Responded

Poor quality place to live
April 20, 2020So this place has gone through 3 different management companies, and each one is getting worse. Renovations are being done, at an alarming rate, but all are aesthetic. None really make a difference to the apartments. Management is slow to respond to ANY, or all emails. I have a lot of trouble getting an answer. The best way to contact them is to take a day off from work, otherwise, good luck getting there by 5:30ish (supposed to close at 06:00 PM). Maintenance takes days to resolve issues ...which are submitted early on in the week. Laundry mat is poor and has issues (I have had to request refunds multiple times). Lights have been more installed in some places (after a reported break-in).Property Manager Responded

Peacefully and so natural and New Renovation
February 27, 2020I moved here a few weeks ago, and it’s so peaceful and everything is new I Love it! And my dog loves it too. I have told my friends about it and they visit me more since it’s so quiet and Maria in the office is wonderful. My family is relocating and now they will be closer to me . I would recommend everyone to move here. It sits back away from the noisy traffic, it’s a must do and will don’t have to worry about anyone over your head. Grand Oak Apartments
August 11, 2015It's a great place to live! The rent is reasonable and the staff is wonderful. I have not had any problems while living here. The only drawback I can come up with is the parking is lacking, but I'm willing to walk 20 - 30 more feet. Quite neighbors!Reseña de Apartments.com

October 22, 2014Thank you to all of the staff at Grand Oaks Apartments for making this place our home. A convenient half a mile from Bloomingdale Ave, 301 and I-75, and minutes from route 60, I-4, Brandon Mall and Tampa. There are mini malls all around us yet you would never know it in this quiet, secluded resident, covered with oak trees that shade you from the traffic and sun. Our one bedroom apartment has a cathedral ceiling, walk in closet and a pull down ladder for extra storage space in the attic. And the ...rent is very reasonable. The property manager Dawn is friendly, fair and caring. She will work with you as long as you communicate with her. My wife and I take peaceful nightly walks around our neighborhood and occasionally relax in one of the gazebos. I would recommend to anyone, become a part of this beautiful Grand Oaks family!!!Property Manager Responded
