Some bad neighbors who don't respect the policies and contract, too many times there is trash all over the place because they'll send their kid who can't reach the dumpster they just leave it to the side where the skunks, birds, and squirrels pull it all out and strew it across the parking lot and lawn. 7. Bad neighbors: in the last year, we've had a stabbing and a shooting.
