No regrets
June 21, 2020I moved in one year ago after looking at many places in Omaha, and I have to say I have no regrets about coming here. Management has always been helpful and not difficult to work with. Service has always been fantastic and quick to fix problems. The quality of the apartment itself is good, nothing major to complain about. The people that live here are generally quiet and polite. Overpriced, scam, rude people
June 8, 2018Worst apartment experience I have ever had. Management and staff are horribly rude and do not care about their tenants. Moved here in May and my boyfriend and I loved these apartments and wanted to live here for a few years, but now regretting our choice. We expected to move in to a clean apartment, but only a month or so after living here, we began to notice SEVERAL very large pet urine stains begin to surface on the carpet (clearly from a dog, which we do not own). We have alerted management as ...soon as we noticed but they have done nothing but ignore our issue and are extremely rude. The pet stains began to smell and we are worried we will not receive our full deposit back and be blamed for the stains. Pet stains do not go away unless the carpet is replaced, which they probably charged the previous tenant for without ever doing so. These stains would have ordinarily been recorded on the move-in check list of the condition of the apartment, however we didn't receive one until 2 months after moving in (after asking for one multiple times). Each time we attempt to get a solution, we are sent away by management and we cannot find any way to get a hold of the owners. We just wanted a clean apartment for the price we pay. We will not be renewing our lease. Do not choose these apartments. UPDATE: Our lease is now over and we have moved out. They are now trying to charge us $500 in damages to replace the carpet, on top of the $750 we paid in security deposits. Just moved out
March 14, 2018I have NEVER lost a security deposit. I had pneumonia and spent a week cleaning my apartment. It was spotless (I have pictures). They kept all but $30 of my security deposit. They owe me a month's rent that I overpaid to move out. I moved out February 1st and today is March 14th...I am still waiting for my money to be returned. I loved living here and sang it's praises...until I moved out. I moved because my mom died unexpectedly...I didn't need the extra grief and hassle of dealing with ...all of this. Don't Move Here $$$ is all the Owner cares about
August 28, 2017This is one of the only places I know that not only says the 4th not the 5th is last day to pay rent but every other single apartment business and government consider Monday a holiday not a business day but not this place. They consider you to have your rent in on a holiday with banks aren't even open and most apartment complex that says if holiday is on the 4th then you will have to pay it on the 5th before 6pm and day is over. Springhill Ridge Apartments
October 12, 2015We moved into Sprinhill Ridge Apartments in June. My daughter and I had never lived in any apartments. We both rented a two bedroom apartment in the same building. New management had just came onto the scene Abbé and Erica. These two ladies are great to work with. Both of us love living here. If anything goes wrong, they are out here the same day to fix it. October 1, 2015I love my new apartment, it has nearly as much space as the house I left to move here. Everything is new and clean. The personal laundry room is a blessing as I am handicapped. Springhill Ridge apartments
August 9, 2015We are just moving into these apartments and we love them. Having an 18 month old, the space and the in unit laundry room is a HUGE plus. Erica is one of the leasing agents and she was beyond helpful. She was flexible with the move in date, which is nice having that gap moving from one place to another. Being a stay at home mom having these upgrades in an apartment makes everything feel more like a home and anything that makes life easier for my family, makes me happy.Reseña de Apartments.com
