February 5, 2025I’ve had an amazing experience living at Uncommon Auburn Apartments! From the moment I moved in, everything has been top-notch. The amenities are outstanding—there's a beautiful pool, a fully equipped gym, and even a game room, which makes it easy to relax or entertain guests. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and well-maintained, with great features like stainless steel appliances, large windows, and ample closet space. The location is ideal, just a short distance from campus and local ...shops, making it super convenient for both studying and hanging out. What really sets this place apart is the staff—they’re friendly, responsive, and always ready to help with any needs. Luxurious
February 6, 2024Had the best time living here. Such a nice place and only a short walk away from campus! The amenities are very nice and I enjoyed using them often. Amazing place

Best amenities and location close to auburns campus!
February 6, 2024Uncommon has such great room sizes, amenity spaces, and in my opinion the best location of the downtown apartments. The management is efficient and maintenance is always quick to repair anything that needs to be fixed. The yoga room is my favorite and something I wished I had at other places I’ve lived. There’s such a good variety of students of all ages who live there, and it is so easy to make friends with the residents who live there!
