Helpful Staff and quiet building

Best apartments ive lived at in Bismarck
April 28, 2025Sundance Apartments is honestly the best place I’ve ever lived at. The whole vibe is just really chill and welcoming. The staff are super friendly and always say hi when you see them around, which makes it feel more like home. The apartment itself is clean, modern, and everything works like it should. I love how quiet it is at night too—you can actually sleep without hearing a bunch of noise. The pool and gym are both awesome. I’ve started working out more just cause it's right there and easy to ...use. Also, the location is perfect. I’ve never had any major problems since moving in, and if something small comes up, they fix it quick. This place is way better then the last apartment I stayed at. From the moment I moved in, I was impressed by the friendly and professional staff who made the leasing process seamless. Very Nice!
October 10, 2022This place is amazing! They have so many things to make life more convenient like garbage chutes, a really nice fitness area, a pool, a big community room. The place is very clean and well kept too. I met a couple of the people that work there and they both were always very polite and helpful. My work is moving me farther south unfortunately, but if I need an apartment in the future this is where I'll be staying!Property Manager Responded

Excellent place to live
April 5, 2022Great place to live! Everyone is very kind and friendly! It is very nice to be able to go to bed at night and not hear loud music playing from the people around you. Great Experience all Around
June 8, 2021Move in was easy. So has everything else, from paying rent to getting maintenance. The staff was friendly and responsive. The building and grounds are well maintained. And the heated underground parking is wonderful. I would highly recommend.Property Manager Responded

Best apartment complex!
August 15, 2019Moved from Houston, and found the nicest, well kept apartment complex in Bismarck. My friends think it is brand new, but it is actually a few years old. Love Living at Sundance!
June 8, 2018I have just renewed my lease at the Sundance Apartments and I am truly looking forward to living here another year. My apartment is just perfect for me and my small dog. The living area and den give me just the extra space I need for myself and visiting family. The pool, community, exercise areas and the underground heated garage are great amenities. The occasional parties and activities are an added plus. The dog walking areas, play area and tub for baths make it easy to be a pet owner. ...Most importantly are the great staff - Cassidy, Joe and Brian provide a happy, clean and well kept environment.
