March 1, 2022The staff never answers the phone. They have no office on the site. They don't care about the people that live there. They raise the rent to high and don't fix things. The parking is OK you only get 1 spot and hopefully no1 parks in it. They are supposed to give you a tow card but don't. They don't care that people block the entrances of the complex or that they drive or park on the lawn or landscaping. Don't move in here this place is a joke
December 16, 2021They are horrible they do not notify you of any changes that go on they no longer have on site office so if you call you will most likely not get a hold of anyone. They take forever to fix anything.Property Manager Responded
January 6, 2022We apologize that it has been a difficult adjustment with there no longer being an office on-site. We are available to speak with you via phone, text, or email with the electronic options being best as we receive multiple calls per day. I do not have any resident information for you or I would follow up with you on what needs to be repaired as maintenance is on site every Tuesday & Thursday. Save yourself the heartache & $$$
March 16, 2021This place was great, until new owners purchased it in 2018, changed the name to Terra Tukwila and jacked the rent up an additional $265 a month! In an attempt to save them $ they went from two garbage & two recycle dumpsters down to 1 for each then started charging for water, sewer and garbage, all which was included in the previous owners rent prices. In a complex of 54 units this created a rodent infestation you'd have to see to believe. Since Terra Tukwila took ownership my truck was broken ...into and almost stolen, twice, and my room mates van was broken into and had tools stolen out out it twice! Avoid this place like a plague!Property Manager Responded

Customer service and resident experience are at the top of our priorities, we strive to ensure that our residents love living at Terrat Tukwila. We understand that the market rents have risen over the past years in the area, and likewise are staying in line with area market rents. Preventative measures are also taken weekly to ensure pest control is not an issue. When items are reported to our office we ensure items are taken care of immediately to ensure resident satisfaction.
