Consider other apartments
July 19, 2024After living here for a year and contemplating renewing my lease, I received a non-negotiable rent increase notice that made me reconsider. As others have noted, getting your deposit back can be challenging. Despite multiple attempts to contact the property manager about an $895 invoice for a full repaint of the apartment's interior due to mounting just one TV, I received no response. The apartment is located in Midway, which faces homelessness issues. While the building itself is secure with ...coded entry or key fob access, the parking lot is not. Unfortunately, my neighbor's truck was broken into, and despite cameras capturing the incident, the footage was too blurry to be useful. The elevator frequently requires maintenance, key fob readers can be broken for weeks, and maintenance was unable to fix my noisy dishwasher after three attempts. If you're considering moving here, be aware of the F45 gym in the building. They play very loud music that can be heard through the walls and conduct training sessions in the parking lot. While the apartment itself is nice and the building has decent amenities, it comes with high rent and annual lease hikes. The price for a one-bedroom here is not justified, and a quick look in the surrounding areas will support this. On a positive note, there's a fantastic coffee shop in the building.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Amazing Place
February 3, 2019We rented for 2 months while our house was under construction. Ryan the property manager was awesome. Beautiful landscape, pool and jacuzzi. The recreation room and apartments are beautiful. Nice people and close proximity to restaurants, stores, beach and bus stops and major highways. I highly recommend!Review from Apartments.com
