Excelentes apartamentos en West los Ángeles, en el límite de Santa Mónica. West hacia esquina tipo Penthouse con solo una pared compartida de más de tres niveles y sin vecinos arriba o abajo. Piso principal equipada con abundante luz natural y pisos de madera noble cuenta con una cocina, un tocador y sala de estar con 16 ft. de altura, dos balcones y una chimenea. El apartamento cuenta con una encima de la mitad piso, tipo loft con un baño, área de bar con fregadero y un armario; se puedes utilizar como 3rd habitaciones. Direct acceso a la terraza de la esquina en la terraza de la azotea con vistas completas al mar, la montaña y vistas de las luces de la ciudad. Almacenaje privado adicional apartamento puedes acceder desde el techo. Lower de piso cuenta con dos habitaciones, cada uno con baño completo y segundo piso de acceso privado. Otras comodidades incluyen un spa y gimnasio. El edificio está ubicado cerca de tiendas, restaurantes, autopistas y tiene un estacionamiento compartido para 2 autos en un lugar seguro garaje compartido con elevador. Cocina abierta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable renovados. Pisos de madera en todo el apartamento (par de cuadros muestran habitaciones alfombradas, pero renovados con piso de madera noble) Complejo que admite mascotas (con un depósito por mascota)

July 31, 2019Overall, I've been extremely disappointed with my rental experience at The Galaxy. Upon 24 hours of moving into my unit, I saw multiple roaches in the kitchen and the bedroom. The staff at both the front desk and leasing office was not helpful with the issue and told me I had to wait until the pest maintenance people came for their weekly treatments. They do not allow you to purchase another FOB key to have as a back up for yourself or a guest -- they claim this is for "the security of the ...building." However, on multiple occasions I've come home to find the garage door open or the front stairwell doors propped open, there has even been times when homeless people are sleeping in our stairwells. It's absurd and very unsettling. There is also a major trash issue - on weekends the trash will pile up in the trash room which is only adding to the incessant pest issue. Additionally, other residents can't seem to follow the valet trash service rules and will leave their trash out on the wrong days. In the summer since the hallways aren't temperature controlled, the building smells like hot trash. It is honestly embarrassing to invite guests over with the stench of the hallways. Finally, the walls are extremely thin so if you do choose to live here, cross your fingers that you get placed next to a quiet neighbor. I've had issues with barking dogs and loud music on multiple occasions. Again, no one in the office seems to care that these issues are occurring. I am counting down the days until I am free to move out of this building. Do yourself a favor and rent at literally any other building in Silver Spring.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
Roaches and Chronic Mis-information
February 27, 2019Roaches and Chronic Mis-information characterize my experience with The Galaxy. My apartment was overrun with roaches-- in my dishwasher, coming out of the crevices of my sink, in my kitchen drawers and in the cabinets. Pest control came 4-5 times, but nothing worked! Upon move-out, the staff kept getting the amount I owed wrong. I got 2 different figures. Finally, the regional manager gave me a recalculated figure, and I paid immediately. I was told that I'd get my security deposit back because ...my move-out inspection went well. Two months later, the property manager said I was not getting my deposit back because I owed money! I let it go, because honestly, I was happy to get out of The Galaxy. The staff are genuinely nice people, but there is a serious lack of knowledge or training that negatively impacts the residents. September 29, 2015This place is a good location not a too far walk to the metro and downtown Silver Spring. The common areas are well maintained and social activities are given by management to residents. The place is clean and neighbors are generally friendly. July 20, 2015I moved into the Galaxy apartments about three years ago, when they were first built. The people at the front desk are friendly, the maintenance is fast, and the rental office is very helpful..There's a 24hr gym, which is perfect for me. there's also a 24hr cafe, with complimentary tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Also a clubroom with a kitchen, about 3 tv's and a pool table, which you can rent out for events. the building itself is awesome, very nice modern look. Downtown Silver Spring is ...literally less than 5 minutes away, which is where i work. it's so convient, The walk there is not bad but if you don't like walking and don't have a car there's a free shuttle bus that takes you to the metri station, the shopping center with Giant, downtown silver spring and way more places.
