work late, just to wait for the hot water to come back on, EVERY MORNING!! Oh, and the cherry on top: I had my new SUV stolen from their “secure gated community”, and my motorcycle was taken, and found at a dumpster around the corner with the engine missing. Constant gun shots at night lull you to sleep. Neighbors throwing trash in hallways, groups of teens gathering to smoke in hallways, washer and dryer has no hot water to hook up to, so you can only wash with cold water, and that’s when the whole neighborhood isn’t using the machines (they need replacements for each building because everyone comes to ours to wash), and the list goes on. When I had my car stolen, they also stole my apartment keys. luckily the office gave us a replacement copy (hence the 1 star). But now, they are harassing us for a copy of the apartment key, because they realized that they didn’t do their job and make a copy of the key before giving it to me :( That’s their mistake, yet they constantly send reminders to have me go to the office to make a copy of the key.... so I have to take time out of my day to fix their mistake). And they tell me they can’t fix issues in my apartment when they don’t have the key.... wow! Highly recommend paying a little more to live elsewhere that is safe and comfortable. Cuz this place is not it!
