February 26, 2025First of all Andy has been a huge help since the beginning of our residency. We enjoy walking through the community, around the pond, as well as across the street around the harbor. Pleasant living
February 25, 2025First of all Andy and Amy, the office management team is amazing along with maintenance which is super important when you're living in an apartment. The neighbors in the community are super friendly And I love the events the management has for us residence. They also participate with a lot of charities which I think is really cool. it's so nice coming home to a clean community with a really serene duckpond and they have a turtle they named Tim and a bunch of fish and a couple of ducks.Property Manager Responded

A Pleasant Landing
February 25, 2025I've lived here for over 7 years and highly recommend the Landing to anyone seeking a comfortable, peaceful and secure rental home. The management staff--led by two very efficient and charming ladies, Andy and Amy--are always available to address residents' needs, and do so with a smile on their faces. The office often hosts all manner of festive gatherings for residents on holidays and other occasions, with snacks and sweets provided. The team oversees ongoing maintenance and upgrades to the ...beautiful grounds which--along with a large swimming pool and Jacuzzi, BBQ, tennis court and its own little lake-- ensures a truly pleasant living environment on the complex grounds for its residents. There's assigned parking and the grounds are securely gated. You can't beat the weather here, situated so close to the beach. It's also in close proximity to several shopping centers, markets and restaurants. A short drive will take you to a spectacular outdoor mall, The Collection, filled with restaurants, markets, movie theater and more. Ventura Harbor is also close by. We love Tge Landing
February 8, 2025We have lived here for 11 years. We recently transfered to a remodeled apartment and really like our new apartments with all of the updates. It's so worth it to have the new appliances, fan, fireplace, the large kitchen sink, washer and dryer everythingreally! The large heated pool is one of my favorite amenities. Absolutely Love This Place
December 3, 2024I’ve been living at the landing for almost a year and I absolutely love it. It’s super quiet and peaceful. The units are beautifully remodeled. Amy and Andy are absolutely AMAZING super helpful and always greet me and my children with a smile. I absolutely love everything about the landing. Maintenance staff is also super helpful and they respond immediately. I couldn’t have chose a better place to call home. Amy and Andy are truly the best. Do not recommend
November 26, 2024They are overcharging for rundown apts. There is mold in the walls that affect many apts. They respond only to calls that are easy but cannot handle complex maintenance issues. The maintenance staff is inexperienced and will close tickets before a resolution. Do not let the fresh coat of paint sway you into thinking these are new or updated apts. We’ve had at least two incidents in the last two years where a tenant used a firearm in their apt. The management team has poor communication skills ...amongst each other so nothing really gets done. I would not recommend anyone waste their money here.Property Manager Responded

November 1, 2024Apartment not complete I was asked if I didn’t want to move in because I couldn’t get the keys at 3pm, I was available at 4pm. When I got there, I was waiting hours just to be told the apartment wasn’t a not yet complete. It is now November 1st and my rent is paid and there is still no closet to put my things away, and the kitchen window still needs to be replaced: if Andy never told me that comment, maybe I would be a little more understanding; however I am a single mom working 4 jobs, it is ...not hard to get ready with all of my clothes in a pile when it should be hung up or folded in the closetProperty Manager Responded
