September 18, 2023The Life at Forest View has been my home away from home. I am not from this area and came here to work, but I love my little apartment and I will continue to stay. They have a professional and helpful staff and awesome maitnence team. The complex even has a gym and 2 pools for its residents. I love it here.Property Manager Responded

September 11, 2023Don't move here unless you expect to be disrespected and shoved aside when you have concerns. The only thing I can say is the maintenance guys are good or have been in my case at least. Except when my bathroom ceiling was full of mold and they told me to spray bleach on it. Now I found mold in many places my closet my bedroom because of a leaky air conditioner. Spraying bleach on it is not remediation for mold. Also I have to buy my own pest control even though I'm paying $7 a month. Every time ...somebody moves in or out they spray The empty apartment in the roaches are coming down to mine for a few days. But I ordered mine and I give it out to my neighbors and we have no roach problems except that those few days. Otherwise this place is totally roach infested. My upstairs neighbor moved because she had mold in her closet. Don't move here this place is cheap, but you get what you pay for in the end.Property Manager Responded

July 28, 2023Just don’t. You will be lured in by the staged apartment and the fast talk of management telling you “they’ve cleaned up the place.” Then when you have multiple issues right off the bat since they didn’t inspect the apartment before you moved in, they treat you like you’re the problem instead of admitting they didn’t really prep the apartment for move in. You will have constant issues and the manager does not feel she has to uphold the lease agreement to the fullest but is quick to attempt ...eviction or force you to move due to unsafe conditions. May 1, 2023I have been here almost three years. I love my apt. It is quiet here, and makes living here nice. I know we have a roach problem. But it is getting better. I strive to keep them out of here. As soon as the crepe myrtle tree blooms outside my door, it will be lovely. I want to commend Julie, she works in the office occasionally. Portrayed well, but executed poorly…
February 1, 2023I moved in around 9/2022. The inside of the apartment looked great and modern! However, there are quite a few bug issues and odor issues. When I initially moved in, I filled out my inspection paperwork and noted there were a few small roaches found inside. The issue was not fixed. A couple of months later, I requested a pest control request, and it was “completed” but not cleared up. On my next rent bill, I was charged for pest control with complete disregard of what I noted in my move in ...discrepancies. Additionally, residents are allowed to smoke within their apartment but the smell gets through the vents and everyone within that building can smell exactly what they are partaking in. I like the area for its affordability but it is not managed well. Also, laundry. It used to be convenient but the ease of use was removed without any notice given. If you want to live here, be prepared for roaches, strong smells, and doing laundry at your inconvenience.Property Manager Responded

September 13, 2022I was moving out of state and applied here. I was so excited thinking it'd be the perfect place to restart my life. UNTIL AFTER I APPLIED. I wasn't notified I was approved. I had to call multiple times to find out. Being that I was moving from out of state I had furniture delivered to my apartment along with some housewarming gifts from fried. Surprise surprise they rented my apartment to someone else and changed my move-in date the DAY BEFORE I was supposed to move. Let me say that again. The ...day before an out of state renter arrived they changed my move-in date to an entire 2 weeks later. NO NOTIFICATION at all. What happened next? I got SCREWED. They stopped responding to me. My gifts, furniture, the money I spent on my plane ticket, and a hotel after being left with no place to go. Their response? STOPPED RESPONDING. I adamantly feel like not only did they steal from me, but they ruined my life leaving me homeless until I could JUST RECENTLY get back on my two feet. I would seriously, with all hatred in my heart never wish this place on my worst enermy.Property Manager Responded

August 25, 2022The Life at Forest View is a newly updated, affordable, and quiet place to live. The parking is adequate, the amenities are plentiful, and the office staff as well as maintenance are great. You wouldn't expect to be on a first name basis with the office of such a large community, but Amy and Chasity are kind and always helpful. The community has plenty to offer for families with children. Onsite laundry is coinless and smart phone app integrated so it's easy to see when the facilities are ...available.
