really bad owner
August 10, 2020I read another review and they took the words right out of my mouth. Ruth who works in the office is awesome, but Lisa, the owner is 100% the worst landlord I have ever experienced. She is concerned for herself and her legal liability. And that's it. Anything else is your problem. They ignore and delay maintenance issues, they use low quality labor, and they generally have no interest in anything other than getting paid.Reseña de Apartments.com
Worst apartment owners ever
January 29, 2018Worst apartment complex Ive ever lived in. Mold in the apartment with water from the upstairs apartment causing mold in our bathroom. Their solution was to just repaint the ceiling instead of dealing with the reason for the leak so we continually had mold in our bathroom. Kitchen appliances were filthy when we moved in, yet when you move out they expect it to spotless or they will keep your deposit and then charge you extra. They ignore real complaints (like the whole apartment building smelling ...like weed because someone is smoking it in their bathroom and all the vents are connected) and instead focus on silly ones (like not putting out cigarettes out on their newly paved walkway because it was leaving marks that would go away when it rained). For the amount they charge now, its not worth it and the owner is terrible. Her secretary is lovely, but the actual owner is the worst landlord I have ever had.Leer MásReseña de Apartments.com
